This is the worst delivery company I've had the displeasure to deal with. They scheduled the delivery for a specific day and I stayed home to receive the parcel but they never arrived. They randomly tried to deliver the parcel the next day and of course I was not home so they left a notice. There is no phone number to contact them and they never answer their emails so they're holding my parcel hostage. I had to contact Fido and wait on hold while they contact QMS and basically told me to go to downtown between 9am-5pm (like I don't have a job?) to go pick it up. At this point it would have been less hassle to just go to the store and buy the phone in the first place.

By far the worst delivery service ever! I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S9 from my provider, normally they use purolator but this time they used the services of these incompetent morons. They claim they found no one at the appartment but they lie. they leave a paper, don't mind ringing or calling, just leaving you a text message after a while saying your order has been put on hold, and they send misleading emails that say only lies. after you call, people don't even know what they are doing, each agent says a different thing! Now I am waiting forever and probably will cancel my order and deposit a complaint against these clowns.

QMS was used to deliver a phone to my apartment building. All the necessary information including buzzer code and contact numbers were given. My husband waited ALL DAY for this delivery, bare in mind that we also had 3 amazon deliveries coming in that day. We were told that the order was placed on hold because no one was at home...lies... they didnt even call the buzzer code. They didnt even knock! I called instantly and was told that the driver was not going to turn back and that he was out of the area..but how?? it hasnt even been 5 minutes. I wish people will just do their work! So disappointed! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!

I would disregard any negative reviews . You are not in the the Courier business as long as they are if the service would be bad . Great people to work with and consistently on time.

I will be fair ,I tried many times to contact them but in vain,none answer ,I was supposed to receive a parcel since a week ago,I sent many emails no answer.today I was lucky ,someone answered my call ,she was very very polite and explain to me that after the Black Friday it is the mess in the office,and normally they work most of time in the downtown she offered to send it the next day if I want ,or come to the office to pick it up.I chose the Second option,it took 30 seconds to get my parcel in their office.

I called them this morning at 10am to ask them what's happening with my shipment. They said it's at their warehouse and I can come get it from their office today (between 4 and 5pm). I call again at 3:30pm to ask, and they say I can get it at 4:30pm. I arrive at 4:30pm and they say it's not available. I should get it between the 8th and 15th of November. Terrible service! Just tell me it's not available, don't make me spend time going downtown for no reason!

Got my phone from Rogers with QMS delivery service. I called them asking wheres my parcel? The driver came in the morning - didn't ring the doorbell for delivery then left. (Seems like an ongoing theme).Then after when I called customer service, there was only one person allocated to Rogers/Fido. I gave her my tracking number - she told me I can come in to pick it up so I did. On arrival, she tells me that the parcel is still on the truck and made a mistake. This place is not an easy location to go to unless you're downtown with ridiculous hours 9-5 monday to friday? Which is most people's work hours.They finally resolved it by shipping my parcel between 5pm - 9pm.All of it was just a waste of time and could've been handled better.

Ordered a phone with Fido. On delivery day, the delivery guy updated the shipment on the tracking website saying that he attempted at 4:45pm to deliver the package but no one was at home. On the notice he left at the main door, it shows 5pm and I got there at 4:55pm.Can someone explain me how this is chronologically possible even when my wife was at home at that time and no attempt to ring was done? We would usually have a call from the main door on our cellphone when someone buzz but we received no call at all.Also, I got an email saying the delivery time would be between 9am and 9pm. So I called the office in MTL to try and reach the delivery guy trying my luck and thinking there would still be time but they said the office is closed. If it's closed why did they bother answering. I guess it was too much of an effort and they just hung up.

A company I worked for used them for quick deliveries. I've never had any problems with them, other than a couple of missed deliveries, mostly caused by traffic and weather delays, things they obviously have no control over. I've always had excellent service when I called, the customer service reps are very pleasant and nice, and will do whatever they can to help you resolve problems.

I will join in with the other reviewers here and say that this has to be (definitely) the worst delivery company. I have no idea about where my parcel is and there is absolutely no way to contact them, they do not answer emails and no one answers the phone. Their customer service" is "available" from 8 am to 6 pm
