Fantastic service and great store. Very well stocked

The folks at this store are incredible, on more than one count. I called to check if they had a certain BBQ in stock, the phone rep said that they did have 1 available and offered (without me asking) to hold it for me. I said that's great & I'd be down in about 40 minutes!Upon arrival to the store, I realized that the BBQ was already assembled, which is a great thing to offer to customers to begin with. The store clerks asked what kind of car I had, which is when I began to come back to reality and realize that I thought a 4 burner BBQ would fit in a VW Jetta. After throwing around some ideas, we were able to get it fit by taking off the top portion of the grill and sticking that in the rear seats & were able to fit the bottom portion with legs and wheels in the trunk. The Gent who was helping outside in the 30+ degree heat was as classy as you can get. I cant wait to get grillin' on this pup and will think of the great experience I had at this store for years to come.TLDR: this store is great & you should be nice to them because they're nice

Great store with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff, you’ll never have trouble finding anything because staff will ask if you need help then they’ll take you right to the product you need.

Amazing service friendly staff

This was (before the change to Rona) the truest to their name store in our small little town. The so called automotive 'giant' next door is so busy being a wannabe mini wal mart it made this store a lot more useful. I grew up in the purpose specific store era, with legends like radio shack, home hardware, and UAP to name a few, so being a handy man who frequently is searching for very specific, purposeful parts and tools, seeing a name change from home hardware to yet ANOTHER small location in our town trying to jump on the box store craze, is a HUGE disappointment to me. Hope the home building center remains!

Witnessed a short, blond, mid age clerk treat a customer rudely today. Just 2 customers in the store and I had no assistance up to that point either. My money and I walked out the door. The owner is a great guy but wasn't present.

So friendly and helpful, I could go just to lift my spirits. The only HH I've been to where they don't patronize even a teensy me for my sketchy knowledge base.

I always deal here when I can. They go the extra mile & always try to help with everything. When the power is out in Tilbury there still open to help but only for cash not like the 1 on Queen st that tells you to go away & now there going to have lumber by the summer. Then I won't have to deal with Queen st crappie attitude when I don't want the twisted lumber left on the ground.

Poor cashier, register wouldn't work right for her, either of them, but I still got my items.
