MPA was a fantastic choice as we add the finishing touches to our backyard. Knowing nothing about concrete I had to find someone I could trust. Dan And his team all fit that bill. At no time did I feel that I was not being kept in the loop. As it was August and we were taking a “local” holiday; Dan met with us en route to the ferry terminal to finalize color....probably not what he planned to do on a Thursday night.The product speaks for itself, it’s Excellent, the value has been confirmed by a few contractor friends and the service was outstanding. We used Dan and his team exclusively for any of our projects where we require nothing but the best concrete finishing. Due to a collapsing fence and rotting retaining wall between two strata properties, we were in dire need of a more solid fencing solution. MPA presented a comprehensive plan to demolish the existing fence and retaining wall, dig proper footings and pour a cement retaining wall. Their pricing was competitive and the finished work added greater value to the properties. Built strong and 'the way it should've been' the MPA team took care to build a higher cement retaining wall, and installed a new vinyl panelled fence. It's clearly evident they take pride in their work. They returned to tighten the footings and to make final adjustments. They also took COVID protocols very seriously and were respectful to neighbours and strata residents. We would highly recommend the work of Dan and Travis!

MPA Concrete did a great job with our driveway and decorative concrete work - they did a really high quality stamped concrete and coloured concrete for us. Their crew was friendly and professional. They were good at estimating their costs. GI'd use them again.

We engaged MPa Concrete to finish our driveway, patios and architectural stairs. Dan and the crew from MPa were fantastic to deal with, answering all our questions and keeping us updated as we scheduled around challenging weather conditions. Dan did all the coordination with the concrete supplier and pumper trucks and did not rush the schedule, but rather waited for the break in the weather we needed to obtain the best results. Dan also inspected the rebar and mesh installation to ensure there were no issues with the rebar location. At his recommendation, we made some minor adjustments to the rebar the day of the driveway pour. These minor changes ensured we ended up with a superior, long lasting driveway. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we have had many positive comments by other trades, neighbours, friends and family on the quality of the finish and the end result

It’s hard enough finding good trades people these days so when you do you use themDan and his crew are always there to help and offer advice when something might pose a problem. They don’t rush the job but stay until it’s perfectI use them for all my architectural concrete work and have never had a problem. Stairs are sometimes the most difficult thing to do but with MPA never a problem with pooling and customers are always happyA good bunch of guys and friendly, look forward to dealing with them again very soon

I had a set of outdoor stairs done by a company who botched the job terribly. The stairs were uneven and bubbled. Very bad but...I was at the end of my rope when Travis was recommended by a neighbour. Not only did he refinish the stairs until they were smooth and attractive but he came back a couple of extra times when I got picky. Very pleasant person and hard working with a fine sense of responsibility. I would definitely recommend MPA and Travis.
