I totally recommend this company!I have no technical skills but was able to make myself an ebike! Grin says they don’t assist with the building of it but they do the wheel build and the rest is basically just plugging things in! Very satisfying though. And I got exactly what I wanted on the bike I wanted.Fantastic service- Lots of support for deciding what was needed. Thanks Hailin! . It’ working really well and I got Ligo batteries so I can fly with it!

Excellent company. I had issues with customs as well as some of the install, and the company was responsive and very helpful the whole way through. The RH212 kit itself is itself amazing - smooth as silk, silent, and crazy amounts of power and regenerative braking. It even pushed my cargo bike up a 22% grade climb at 15 MPH, which is phenomenal for a direct drive motor!

Amazing products and a great company. We bought this bike second hand years ago and started having some issues with the motor that we couldn't troubleshoot. Grin was patient and generous - even though the e-bike kit is many years old/well beyond a warranty, they got us back on the road. Our Grin kit has enabled us to commute our two kids without a car in all kinds of whether and up steep terrain for years. The kit we have is built to last and the company stands by its products.

I bought the 5a smart charger it was dead on arrival.I sent it back and because of the shaky customer service i didn’t want to charger again so I asked for a refund.After a month and several customer service calls and emails someone finally gave me a partial refund.Shipping fees to me and from me were not refunded and tax as well. Just and only the base price of 330$So about 56$ zero stars

Cannot say enough good things about the company and their products.The LiGo batteries and motors are a dream come true. Yes, have flown with (4) batteries in carryon - no problems *ever*.All staff at the company have been extremely helpful and always ready to support special bike fit/installation needs and diagnose potential problems.

Grin is the place to go in Vancouver if you're building your own ebike. They're super knowledgeable staff are extremely helpful, and patient. They are really on top of the market too. They know which batteries and motors are the best, and that's basically all they sell. They're also very forgiving if say you purchased the wrong battery and then need to return it for the correct one (so long as it's in the original condition of course!) I've really appreciated how I can go in and pick things up even though the store front is closed. They're super efficient about it really. Would recommend to anyone who would listen.
