Great customer service at this branch.The phone system needs to improve for their fast lane to serve the Mechanical Contractors/ Plumbing crews more efficiently. On hold far too often.

In preparation for some much-needed home improvements, I set out to collect some supplies. The man working the front desk introduced himself as Owen, and he was very helpful in answering my inquiries and directing me in the right direction. That place has excellent service, and I will return for all of my future need.

As a contractor I use Andrew Sheret for my business and have always had amazing service. Steve goes above and beyond to help out with products in store and that need to be brought in. Also being the only supplier open on Sundays has been very beneficial for me keeping my business open for customers in an emergency.

By far the best Andrew sherets location, also small wait times and lots of staff to help out, and also fully stocked for parts unlike some other suppliers, would highly recommend them if you’re in the Burnaby/Vancouver area.
