We could not find a reputable company to fix our Electrolux microwave....until we found Electrotech Laval.Mr. Daniel was so very professional and found the issue almost immediately.Will definitely be calling Electrotech Laval for all of our appliance repairs.You will not be disappointed!

Du vol pur et simple !! Un technicien vient voir mon Frigo Samsung. La réparation coûte au delà de la moitié de la valeur du Frigidaire.Son déplacement, ajouté à 15 minutes pour son diagnostique, m’a coûté 215$.Du vol. Ils expliquent vous avoir averti des coûts de déplacement du technicien.Méfiez-vous. Il y a d’autres fournisseurs.Je leur ai dit verbalement que c’est du vol.

I was referred to Electrotech Laval by a friend who has been using their services for 20+ years. I can understand why Mme et M. Charbonneau came highly recommended. Extremely courteous, polite, knew what the issue was and how to fix it rapidly. Price quoted was the price paid + pieces (replaced with original parts). More importantly, I was given an appointment in 1 week's time and was told if an availability opens, they will notify me. Not even 30 minutes later from my initial call, I received a phone call that the owner/technician can be at our home in less than 15 minutes. All was said and done, repaired and cleaned in the a.m. hours and we cannot be happier with such a wonderful service.
