I've been purchasing refurbished laptops from them for several years now. In addition, I've also purchased a fairly large number for friends and family. All of them have been in excellent condition and this consistency is commendable. If I've ever had an issue (rarely) they've been happy to help out. If you need to source replacement components in the future (batteries, damaged screen etc) they can help with that as well.For me, this has been a one-stop shop for great laptops at great prices!
