The worse pedicure ever! I made an appointment a bit before they close. Clearly, the employee was not happy to see me. She removed my cuticule and cut me at 3 places, my big toe was bleeding like crazy non-stop and she would just say it's gonna stop

I’m been going to this spa. The service wonderful and the work they do on feet and nails are beautiful!!! So happy

My experience for a pedicure was a great one, no appt and was in and out quickly. I also found inside was spacious, clean and organized.I would definitely recommend and will go again. thank you.

Depending on which person is doing your nails, they generally do a good job. They have a lot of colours to choose from which is nice but it can be overwhelming. However, it usually takes a long time because the place is often full, they do multiple clients at once, and you spend a lot of time waiting throughout the process. The prices are quite high for simple manicures. The place is kept clean.

Lost 4 nails 3 days after, texted on messenger to get a refund, they saw and didn’t answer, I texted again and answer 5 days later and tell me to come, when I came they made me wait for 35 minutes & didn’t wanted to refund me or anything else cause they said it was long time ago… I explained that they didn’t answer me at the moment and they didn’t care. Waste of money, at least when you do a bad job to a client , fix it. Extremely disappointed!! would NEVER go there again.

They did an amazing job on bringing my idea to life! Took his time to make them perfect! 100% recommend

This place is absolutely terrible. The pedicure was so rough they cut my feet and I told them about it and they didn’t care. I came to get acrylics done and they fell off the next day and broke my natural nail. When I came back they refused to refund me the owner kept ignoring me and they refused to give me my money back. I insisted over and over even just for the service charge because I understand that they have to pay there equipment. They are terrible and I’d stay away from them.When I asked to talk to someone else all the girls ignored me and looked scared of the owner. Absolutely terrible and I wouldn’t recommend unless you have money to throw away. The owner kept telling me to call the police but why would I on a small business. The customers tried talking to them as well and the staff ignored the complaints. I went back again today because more of my nails fell off and the owner promised to fix them and when I went he screamed at me because I gave him a bad review and told me to get out.

Horrible place. Don’t go there. I have so many bad things to say, not sure where to start. Had a pedicure. Waited for almost an hour the firstborn time but when a couple customers came in after me, the update rushed to serve them & forgot about me. They're nice to white people but not to black. Racist & tense atmosphere. They painted my skin with no all pink plush & didn’t want to really remove dead skin. I guess the year figured I’d return sooner that way. They lost 2 customers, both myself & my daughter.

I like the place. It would only be great if Yumi's husband did not do the nails because he does not know what to do. Please just stick to the cash It's really okay. I can honestly take the time, changing people and seats as long as in the end it looks nice. He makes the experience dreadful. I honestly have so much patience but I have one last chance left in me. If I go back and this man touches my nails again only to make them worse, Yumi is loosing me and my sisters. Every thing else is good but his poor job.
