Carmen did a nice job analyzing my mother's hearing loss, and was very patient with her throughout the hearing test, being fitted for a new hearing aid, and during the calibration of the new device.Sandy at reception also was very pleasant.My only minor complaint was waiting during our 1st appointment.

My experience with Markham Listen Up was great. Everybody there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to set me up with new hearing aids, that work great.

Very well organized and orchestrated for customer satisfaction. The receptionist was on top of things. Dr was super kind and patient. Spoke clearly and explained things step by step. My parents ended up buying from Costco. Paid half the price
