Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had difficulty returning my rental car to the pre-determined location and was refused help by agents at 2 different branches. The manager at the Enterprise Main Street branch went out of her way to help me solve this problem and followed up to adjust my bill. I would recommend this branch to anyone who has to travel during Covid-19.

Quick service. We reserved our vehicle for 8 am and we're out the door before 8:15 am and on the road. Drop off was even easier and they even drove us home. Exceptional service both picking up the car and even dropping it off.

What can I say the car was detailed and ready to go.Had the car for about 4 weeks and all was great. The staff are the best.Overall was a good experience and if I need a rental again, I'm heading to main west enterprise rent a car

I had to rent a vehicle in a emergency this week .It was close to closing so i asked if they would wait for me and did .thanks Alex your help is really appreciated. Various visits a the west main office have been great.

Horrible experience!Made a reservation with them because the one at the airport had none. Took a 30$ cab ride to get out there only for them to tell me I don't have a car. Had to then sit outside their store with my 3 year old daughter and all our luggage and call to get another rental with a different company.Why accept a reservation if you don't even have any cars for your customers?Had my hands full with all my luggage and he just nudged the door open didn't even wait for me to try and get in with everything, had the door shut on me.Horrible customer experience and I highly recommend calling after you make the reservation to confirm that it is indeed there before going to pick it up.

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. Everything went smoothly from pick- up to drop off. The staff was great especially Badr.who went over and beyond. Whenever I return to Moncton I will be renting again from from this location.

Edit: just noticed enterprise charged me $100 more than what was originally quoted but never provided me with a receipt, email, phone call or anything describing why. This company is total garbage.All around poor experience.- Tried to rent a car in Moncton. Was told that there wasn't a single vehicle available for the weekend in the entire province. How does that even happen?- Was told there were vehicles in Amherst, Nova Scotia. Pulled up the website and there were 15 vehicles available. Here's a tip: If you have an airport with zero vehicles and a location 45 minutes away with 15, move some inventory.- Called customer service and asked if I could pick up in Amherst and drop off at the airport. Customer service told me no and hung up. Did some digging, and found that I was. Good thing I didn't listen to your customer service!- Was charged $70 for the alternative drop-off location. Seems like I'm doing you a favour given your airport location has no cars available.- Found out that I needed to change the pick-up time of the vehicle by 1-hour. When I tried to do this, the website said i would need to completely start over with a new reservation instead of just modifying the one I already made. Brutal.Don't think I'll put myself through this again and will check out some competitors next time.

Still waiting for a rental with my insurance. Cannot provide details on the wait list. Inconsistent within branches. Main Street is the worse. Very unhelpful employees.

Horrible experience. Rented a vehicle through a corporation that has account set up. Got charged $435 when they shouldn't have. It took 10 days to get reimbursed the $300 deposit. They then billed my wife's employer for the rental a second time. My wife found out after she submitted for rental charges of $135 to her employer, really embarrassing. We are still out $135, 3 weeks later and keep telling us that it is all done on there end. Still waiting......for $135 credit.

Great experience. Callie was super nice and didn't yell at me when I forgot which day my rental was due back. Very understanding. They are dependable. My memory, not so much. 10/10
