Kian was really helpful and very professional. I am a student and my laptop had shutdown 2 days before one of my tests. I had taken it in later that day, he had diagnosed it for me by the end of the day(It was a logic board issue). By morning the next day, I had given him my answer to move forward with the repair. He was able to get my laptop up and running within 12 hours! He was very understanding of my circumstances and made it possible for me to be able to practice/study for my test tomorrow!

Kian is excellent at what he does, very professional and quick as well. I took my pc in to get diagnosed because it had stopped running and he worked with me, helped me pick out parts and then installed them. Throughout the whole process he was very patient and was communicating well with good response times. I'm very happy with the end result and if I ever have any issues again I will definitely be coming back to Kian.

0/5 - hate how Google makes me give them a 1 star rating just to write a review.They falsely adertise saying they are open until 8:30pm on Sunday’s but I phoned and was told they have no services available after 5pm and to call back Monday morning.What’s the point of saying you’re open when you’re not?

Kian is the best… I had an issue with my laptop & he analyzed the fault in no time and fixed it. He was prompt in his reverts on calls and messages… he’s also very humble and a warm person. Definitely a trustworthy person… I’m glad I got my laptop fixed from him.

I am not sure where to start here because frankly speaking, Kian is friendly and upfront regarding the fees he charged for diagnostic ($135.60). His service is also faster compared to other provider that I called since the turnaround time is about 1 day and he is available on weekend. I enjoyed the fact that he greeted me with a smile when picking up my computer.Now, the unfortunate part why I gave Kian 2* is because I felt like the fees charged is not up to par to the service given. I came to Kian because my desktop is not turning on because of an accidental drop. I performed diagnosis with my office's IT specialist and deduced that its either motherboard or power supply issue. I tried changing the power supply to no avail. Leaving the motherboard as the likely problem.I addressed this to Kian when I first met him. Again, Kian was upfront about the fee ($135.60) but I did address my concern to him that a motherboard replacement would cost the same as his diagnostic fee. I was hoping that he would be able to provide me with more options than what cheaper IT store ($50, major computer chain) can do.I was dismayed on the fact that Kian's diagnostic result is basically telling me to merely replace the motherboard. Yes, my motherboard is busted with apparent melting on the back. I believe this might be caused by short circuit on the motherboard due to bent components when I dropped my computer, this is just a beginner's" diagnostic

Kian is a good computer technician. I brought my laptop to get it check because keyboard problem, he fixed it in no time. This laptop repaired end up him to built me an old desktop for my kids with reasonable price. He's straight forward to what to be expected from his service. Fair enough. Definitely will come to him again for any issues for my computer. Thanks brother!

Its against my usual intention to write a review like this, but I still compelled to give my utmost honest opinion of the shop. Went there to get my usb-c port fixed, and Kian charged me $100 for diagnostics and later asked me $500 to have both ports fixed. $500!! He even lectured me for half an hour that his price was the cheapest in town.After which I took it back to another location in DT and they happily did it for $125 with no upfront diagnostic fee.Seeing all the great review he has, I dont suspect his skills, but this is not a cheap shop and I would only recommend it as a last resort if you have nowhere else to go.Photo of the his meeting place attached because he works in his own condo.

He literally saved my life! My laptop was broken and I had to submit my assignment which I didn’t do back up for. But he fixed it so fast and he was so nice! I strongly recommend him
