Pad Thai was over-flavoured and very salty, chicken somewhat over cooked and noodles under. I’d give them another try later and hope for better. Good presentation.

Terrible mechanics. Broke my hub caps off and stripped my lug nuts. Do not recommend

Organized auto shop. Ladies in the office are friendly and efficient. The same can be said for the Boys in the back. I have dealt with six auto shops in my 12 years in Owen sound. I finally found a shop I will remain with and will definitely recommend. Especially to females, you can ACTUALLY receive fair treatment. How refreshing.

I went in to get tires put on and get an alignment done it's not right they blamed the tires which I bought at Canadian Tire then they tried to blame the tires there was a dispute against Canadian Tire Port Elgin and bear wheel and brake which made me back and forth and now they won't do an alignment or fix my car. My husband also took his truck in there at one point and they told him that he needed a whole new rear end. My husband explained that he knew what was going on and the mechanic was surprised that he knew that he did not need a rear end for his truck. I think they are out to get your money I will never be going back to Bear wheel and brake again after using them for so many years sad.

Troy and his staff are the only mechanics that I trust to work on my Honda. I recently had a serious engine issue and they squeezed it in during tire change season. If you're looking for excellent and honest service, head to Bear Wheel and Brake.

They are honest and straight-forward with their quotes and efficient with their mechanical work. They never look to take advantage" of the situation you're in. I have been searching for a trusted mechanic for some time , I don't like surprises as in hidden costs .I live near bear wheel and I gave them a try .Here is what I foundCompetent Friendly Honesty and they are more then willing to work with the customer , example I asked if they could diagnose a problem I had ( on a Friday ) they said we will see what we can do , called me back same day and had me bring it in 20 mins they had it figured out and I paid nothing but promised them they would be the ones doing the work .With our truckers fighting for our freedoms and due to covid some things are on back order they assured me that because I called in advance they would have the part.This is my 2nd time going to them and I am very impressed .I asked if I could get a break down of the costs e mailed to me and the response was no problem "I highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business .Job well done !"

Great service, clean shop, knowledgeable about alot of different makes of vehicles. Nice to speak with about cars in general! I will definitely use them again!
