I’m so very disappointed. You really have to be careful with the vulnerable people in your life. If you or someone you know and care for are transferring from ODSP to OSDCP (Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program) because you turned 65. Please be informed. This company does not accept your new benefits called OSDCP. Don’t be left with a large bill like we were.I called to advise benefits were changing due to turning 65. Next appointment they did the work before advising they do not accept the new benefit card. I do not recommend this dental practice. They are not at the professional level I would expect.

My youngest (4 years old) suggested she not brush her teeth and just go to the dentist everyday. Jen, Dr. Redick and Dr. Frank are amazing! Highly recommend.
