I can not say enough about my visit with my cat Malibu at a very traumatic time for her and myself .The receptionists were very helpful and the Veterinarians were so helpful in helping my cat took the time to explain the results a few times lol I will be returning to this Vet emergency hosp I've been to many in the GTA Never pressured me for any unnecessary tests just what they needed 5stars !!!Thank you ❤️

They only take your money under the pretext of caring for your pet. Veterinary medicine is highway robbery here in Ontario. After spending thousands of dollars between Dixie and Lacoste I still had to put my dog Murphy down.

If you love your pet please do not go here. There are so MUCH better animal hospitals in the GTA. My cat passed away just this weekend after an overlooked xray by not only one but two of these vets just 1 week ago. Save yourselves and your pets from this place.

A male doctor seemed nice to us when my boyfriend and I brought our puppy to there. He gave us some advices but he left us over 20 minutes in a room for nothing. We visited there next week again with same issue. However, he checked our puppy for less than one minutes and he gave us same advices as last week. No solution, nothing changed but they charged us around $75 for the “reexamination(*less than one minute)”. We found a new vet and my puppy’s issue was solved for the first visit. I wouldn’t recommend this vet.

My puppy was having back pain and the team at Dixie Animal hospital were able to get me in on a Sunday afternoon, which I am so grateful for! They took great care of my little puppy and gave me as many answers as they possibly could while I was there. I had such a great experience with the team and would recommend this clinic.

This was our second vet we went to for our frenchie who was having bad skin issues. The staff were polite but they really did nothing to help our puppy. They would charge us an examination fee every visit we brought our puppy, and there were times they didn't even touch him but still charged us. We found a new vet which fixed him in a matter of days.

I brought my dog here for artificial insemination did all the testing needed spent a bunch of money which the doctor recommended we did two inseminations we brought our stud the doctor couldn't even get the Seaman himself we should have took this as a sign.... so I wasted money on the stud as well. The second time she was inseminated he couldn't find the camera device to do it properly all in all horrible experience tons of money wasted for no results doctor might be book smart but definitely not hands on very disappointed and I will be taking my dogs elsewhere. . Look up this doctor he has multiple clinics if you want to avoid a headache look elsewhere this doctor is honestly just good at giving your dog shots and selling you stuff you don't need Avoid!

Booked an appointment 1 and a half month in advance because we needed a health certificate for traveling no older than 24h so it was extremely important to have an appointment on a certain date. My dog is not a patient here because we're not from Toronto but obviously we were going to pay a lot of money for this health certificate to be filled out. I asked if it was a problem thay she's not a patient, they told me it was no problem. I called multiple times after booking to confirm that are appointment is scheduled because if something was to go wrong, we would have lost thousands of dollars worth of plane tickets. This clinic calls us 1h before the appointment on the day of the flight to say that their vet is not comfortable writing a health certificate for my dog because she's not their regular patient - the very question I asked the first time I spoke to them.We managed to find another amazing clinic, thank God, but the way these people operate is criminal. I'm actually looking to see if legal action can be done about this because they've almost cost us a fortune.

We are new to the clinic and so far its been a positive experience working with Dr. Kanwar Chahal and his team. We were recommended by our breeder to this clinic. Reily in the office has been very helpful and pleasure to work with.
