Unfortunately this company lacks a lot on communication, I put in an inquiry about a project at home. Went a couple weeks With no answer, so I called and they said they would try and get me the quote out the day of which of course they didn’t. So I gave him a couple more days, followed up with another email and still no response.

I have been using Fulton Glass for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience here.Their prices are always good and turnaround is quick.This last time th lady made an error for the first time ever with me.She recut the glass and didn't even want to charge me for the extra price. .due to the glass being larger

I broke the glass in our oval shaped coffee table. I emailed Fulton Glass and had a prompt response from Jeannette Fulton including a price estimate. I took the table top in for them to make a pattern and the glass was ready 2 days later. The price was reduced once they were able to determine that a 5 mm glass was better than 6 mm originally estimated. Perfect fit and very satisfied with workmanship, price and speed of service.

I had a great experience with the staff at Fulton Glass. The answered many questions over the phone and when I brought an existing mirror in to be trimmed the did all the work as I waited. the work was acurate and a great price for the service. would reccomend

We called them to get a window replaced, so someone came to do the measurements. After three weeks of hearing nothing back, we called, and whoever answered the phone didn't even know who came out to do the measurements. We had to describe what the person looked like. And we are still waiting to hear back about our window. This place is a complete joke of a business. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!!

Great experience with Fulton Glass. I phoned, then brought in a multi-paned window from a 1948 front door. Cracked glass and curved pieces. They did an excellent job and I was happy with the price.

Excellent service!Would highly recommend this shop for any kind of glass repairs or service. I had the glass broken in my large wall clock and was wondering whether I can fix it or not, but rightly found this place and they were able to replace it.

BEWARE! I had a glass window that was put in place since 1980, it somehow broke so I called my contractor and he called these guys to replace it.. That glass lasted 1 year.. so I thought oh, that is fine, it might of been one of the employees hitting something against it, so we called them again and we replaced the glass again.. only this time, it lasted less than 24hrs.. when we called them and explained that this was due to error from the installed (I was on top of the installer arguing with him that he should be putting the rubber piece back in and I do not want silicone) they kept arguing that it was not their fault.. so the contractor and Futon Glass went back and fourth until I was told that the glass is going to be taken care of... guess what, this time it lasted 2 months.. and you can even tell from the picture that the glass broke from inside the frame out.. .all 3 times it broke so far, the crack starts from INSIDE the frame... they even had the junk to call us and say that they would take us to court if we did not pay up for the glass that was recently replaced, even though they agreed with the contractor that they would replace it free of charge.. Why would I be responsible for your mistakes? and most importantly, I was not the one that made the order, it was the contractor, so go after the contractor, what the hell! Rude customer service, and the installer, doesn't listen, I told him where is the rubber stoppers, he started mumbling about doing this for 30 years blah blah, and he put Silicone instead of putting the rubber back.... what the hell?! how is silicone going to hold better than a rubber? especially if you didn't let it harden until releasing the window! I am not a glass installer but I have got the common sense that silicone will not hold anything in place until it dries up. when it is soft, the glass is going to move around which is exactly what caused the window to break in less that 24 hrs. I have had bad experiences with some companies here and there, but never as bad as this company. Oh and I just spoke to the contractor, they have the exact same problem at a different business, where the glass recently broke.

Tried to order a simple piece of glass and just as I tried to pay for it all email communications just stopped with Jeannette. Kinda odd! Their communication skills need some workNow they say a “construction” company cut their phone lines but that’s funny because you’d think in today’s society there would be 10 different ways to respond to emails. Oh well their loss and I see they have lots of 1 star reviews I guess I know why!!

For someone who has worked in customer service for 20 years this company is awful. I reached out online through an automated form I got a 1 line reply from Jeanette Fulton so I would think this is someone with a vested interest in the companies sales. She asked if I could supply measurements I did in under an hour. that was 3 days ago do you think I heard back? I sent a follow up email yesterday after 2 days of nothing from providing the measurements. I was hoping that would light some kind of urgency or apology from the company to respond to me after the 2 day delay. It hasn't so I am giving one of their competitors my several thousand dollars for this job as they have already sent someone out to measure and order this glass that I need for my shower.
