Outstanding service and even better products! Just by walking in there, you know your vehicle is in good hands. The road to get there isn't the best (lots of pot holes) so beware, but well worth it once you arrive!

As an installer, this is the best customer service I have ever seen in the car starter buisiness. we are celebrating our 76 th anniversary, as Vitroplus Ziebart Barbeau family, so I met alot of people in this business. If it wasn't for Sylvain Brodeur, the territory manager at Directed Montreal, I wouldn't be installing Viper car starter today. No matter what the issue he is always there and always thinks about his customers. Also always very present, not just someone who wants to see sales go up but, customer satisfaction. I think that this is the key for a succesful buisiness. Someone who understands that, will be in business for a long time. Making money today is one thing but, making money for the next 30 years and more is the way to go and the customer service is the key. Customer satisfaction is soooo important even more so than sales and number, Apple applied that and look how succesful they are. They treat their customers like they would like to be treated. Walmart also understood that , they put the customer first and don't take them for a number. Anyways, just want to thank Directed to let someone like Sylvain make a good change in this industry. To Whom it may Concern:I am writing to you , to let you know how disappointed I am in the quality of your AS-6870TW-FM Car Alarm. Which I purchased on April 10 2013. I also purchase at the same time, another remote which works fine but doesn't have a screen. Unfortunately the expensive one (LCD ) doesn't hold a charge for more than one day now. And I'm tired of charging it everyday for the last 6 months. Upon taking it in to your dealer 2 months ago at Exclusive Sound 3224 Walker Rd. Windsor Ont. I was informed that they are not able to change the battery in this model, and they no longer make this model for this reason. Now I don't mind paying top dollar for my things but having to buy a remote every 2 years is a bit much to ask of anybody. Exclusive Sound, tried to accommodate me and offered to re-order me one and let me have it at costs since I also purchased another alarm from your company for my other car, and had them install it as well. But I feel it's your responsibility to design a product which last a reasonable time. I have enclosed pictures of both remotes so you can tell which model they are. But unfortunately they are sticking to there 1 year warranty. I believe their products should last more than 2 years. For a $200 price tag.
