Morley Elementary School

such wonderful people and teachers, *cough cough* Ms. Smith aka the best teacher ever *cough*, except for nyles, hes mean... watch out he might g note you out of nowhere

This elementary school is not academically focused. A student who went to this school was learning 1+1=2 in 4th grade. Silent reading and playing outside also take up almost half the day for many students, even in 7th grade. The teaching method of many teachers is to teach to the level of the student with the least academic ability, so a majority of the students are not provided the support they need to excel. The marks given by this school are sometimes affected by how much the teacher likes a student. Many teachers at Morley unfortunately base marks on a curve, so even above average students get an above average" C+. If parents of Morley students want their children to succeed

I recently left because i needed to move to Calgary, the experience was great tho, made lots of friends and the teachers were nice, i had great years there and i really miss it, overall the school is great would DEFENETLY recommend.-Vinci

I went to this school from 1962-1967 Grade 1 until half way thru Grade 5 wish we had never moved to Vancouver and could have stayed in Burnaby. I now live close to Morley once again.

My kids attends Morley and they are being taken care of academically. The teachers are good, Principal is such just kool with the kids. Love Morley.

This school is full of favouritism. There is almost no teaching. We barely learn anything from the curriculum. If you're a kid in this area go to an other school.

I love morley Elementary I went to that school about 17 years ago i think from grade 3 to grade 7 can someone please tell me what happened to mr karens I think his last name was he was the principal there at that time my name is Jelena Antic Maricic if anyone recognizes me add me on Facebook
