Awkwardly designed and the worse place to get gas in all of Vaughan. Zero customer service. Short on supplies and manners. Their are so many other places to get gas so don’t waste your time.

I don't like how they purposely have their gas prices 2 or 3 cents higher than their competitors nearby.I use to come to this gas station for the savings as I am a CAA member and get 3 cents discount per liter. But with this obviously shady practise, I won't come here anymore. It is not the first time I have noticed the price difference in the afternoons.

I unfortunately locked my keys and phone in my car while paying. One of the site staff lent me his personal cell phone to call my husband to bring the spare keys. The other staff member put pylons in front of and behind my car to ensure other customers were not waiting for the spot. Very helpful!

Cashier named Shanieq needs to be aknowledge about olg lotto rules & regulation. Today morning on 26 August,2021. He refused to show me instant ticket numbers & unclaimed prize for perticular 10$tickets which was absent (not printed! Was last printed 11days back) on lotto center. I am going to report against him to olg. & He had old (zero top prize left) 10$ bingo tickets on lotto customer display shell.

So I am a regular customer of this station and I always find a good staff but sometimes whenever I have to fill up my gas after 11pm there is an old guy I don’t know his name, no ethics no manners and also have misbehaved with yelling at me.I request the station owner either teach him some ethics as I have more to say but I always respect him as he is of my father age.Girl with the glasses is the best and friendly.(I have told tons of people for this gas station just because of this girl attitude) FYI I have also verbally told this girl about this old man attitude. If you ask her she will tell you.

Consistent cheaper than most stations as Shell is rarely the one to drop prices compared to Esso and Petro Canada. Only downfall is the exit you need to make a U-turn if you need to go back towards Bathurst. Great pump layout and design of the station makes it easy to get around people waiting on the pumps. Shell 91 V Power is the way to go with 0 ethanol!

Can't say this is the best Shell location I've been to but it surely needs improvement. This place always has issues with their payment systems or always out of anything except regular. Other than that, it's okay. Just gas really lol
