Reno and Repairs

Masoud installed a new door for us. We are very happy with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is also very friendly and polite. Will contact him for future work.

I had heavy pictures to install, a retractable clothesline for my bathroom, two ceiling fans and light fixtures and a light switch to be changed and removed and new ones installed. Max was excellent. Careful with my property, good with my dog and cats and very competent. I will use his service again. His estimate was accurate and he didn’t try to charge me extra. I recommend him.

We did a complete bathroom remodel using Reno and Repairs. We couldn't be happier with the process or the result. Some of the things we loved about Reno and Repairs : 1) The project was finished on time and on budget. 2) Every morning the project manager (Max)came to check on progress and update us on what would happen that day. 3). Every Friday we'd get an email giving us a day by day description of what would be done the next week. 4). The quality of the different trades people used on the project was outstanding: plumbers, electricians, tile work, etc. all did great work. 5). Since we were at home mostly during the project, they closed the bathroom door each day to minimize noise and dust. It got hot in there I'm sure but our comfort was their utmost priority. 6). The owner of the company (Max) often came by and was always a phone call away. 7) The guys cleaned up assiduously each day and that's something we always look for 8). We had access to a designer who helped up pick out materials and got us trade discounts on most items. 9) The project passed numerous inspections with flying colors. I could go on but you get the idea....Reno and repairs was the best home project experience we've ever had! The best in Toronto.

Masoud was professional, polite and willing to tackle a difficult challenge. We had some issues with our faucet and sink, more complex than anticipated and he did a great job fixing it. Would recommend!
