It was great experience with my blinds repair. The repair was done well. Although it was delayed for almost a week due to the lack of communication on the repair quote, I still gave them a 5-star review! My only comment here is please notify the repair process to the customer when the repair items are dropping off, especially double checking the customer email address to make sure the customer would successfully receive the repair quote to avoid any delays on the timeline of the repair! Will definitely come back if needed. Highly recommended.

I called to schedule the installation of 3 Hunter Douglas Duette shades, replaced under warranty. The next day the installer called and arrived within 30 minutes. 20/20 was the least expensive of 3 quotes and the service and installation was exceptionally professional! I highly recommend 20/20 Blind Services.

I had several locks that were defective and an in-glass blind where the string broke. The team is incredibly friendly, professional and the work completed was excellent. Would recommend to anyone looking for blind repair or service. I was also happy to learn my Hunter Douglas blinds were still under warranty so it was nice to see they had my interests ($) in mind as well.

I took 2 blinds here to have repaired.One of the blinds had been previously repaired, never worked properly.2020 Blinds fixed both blinds perfectly.Would highly recommend them.Outstanding customer service & work.

I had my Hunter Douglas roller blind repaired here, under warranty. The service that I received in the store was so great! The lady that I spoke to was extremely helpful in giving me advice on how to reinstall the blind myself. She was kind, patient and went above and beyond what I had expected! And my roller blind works perfect now!! Excellent customer service!

After being blown off by the people I bought my Hunter Douglas blinds from I must say it was Fantastic to receive prompt, pleasant, personable help on the phone and then mind blowing when the tech that came to my home was so nice and competent. I will recommend them highly at every opportunity.

Had our Hunter Douglas blinds restrung , taped and new parts put in.From the very first phone call ( Wendy) to the final product everything went so smooth, on time and we were always kept up to date with the progress.We got the blinds home and they look brand new (22 years old).Thank you so much to Wendy and Jen for exceeding our expectations, couldn’t be happier.
