The one star is for the experience my mother received from the owner. A five star goes to the manager (Linda) who made things right. Linda initially waited on my elderly mother with care, compassion and exceptional customer service. When my mother returned home, she quickly realized that her purchase wasn't suitable for her. When she contacted the store the following day to explain her plight and request an exchange, she was treated to a rude and abrupt approach from the owner. The owner ended the conversation by telling my mother to deal with the manager (Linda) when she was scheduled to work the following day. My mother went back to the store the following day and was treated once again with the utmost of care and compassion from Linda who immediately made things right for my mother. My mother now has a pair of quality slippers (with sparkles) that she paid $20 more for, that are much for suitable for her mobility issues.... A huge THANK YOU to Linda. I hope the owner realizes how important you are to her business!

I was told by a staff member at the Strathroy location that if I purchased a pair of shoes online fromBueno and needed to exchange sizes it wouldn’t be a problem but then went back on their word and now I have to send them back. Very disappointed.

Great service. It is one of those places where you don't mind spending your money. The lady was super kind and the shoes are good quality. The men's selection is a little light but I would definitely come here again.

I have bought quite a few pair of shoes here and had a great experience every time until a few weeks ago. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a salesperson who made an assumption based on what I was currently wearing as to what I was looking for. I corrected her to say I was looking for something for work everyday and told her I would look around and ask if I needed help. She proceeded to follow me around the store and tell me how beautiful and great every shoe I picked up was. I tried to nicely get rid of her by suggesting she help the person who just walked in and I would continue to look but she was not having it and continued following me around. I work in sales and would expect my customers to leave if I harrassed them the way she harassed me. I also found after I did purchase a pair of sandals the same pair cheaper elsewhere when it was supposed to be on sale. The only reason I purchased them there was a needed them. I will not be returning as I do not like to be harassed when shopping.

Staff was friendly and helpful but when we were trying to look at one specific pair of shoes, all the owner wanted to do was convince us to buy a more expensive pair. Upsell was her game plan with every option.

I love this place. My mom and my sisters both got shoes here and I really needed a new pair of Birkenstocks and my sister told me that I should go here to buy and I did. I bought a pair earlier today and I already love them!! I definitely recommend them!!
