Andy was very responsive, professional, and thorough. He was very patient in answering my questions and educating me on my system. He took extra effort to contact the (little-known) manufacturer of my unit to acquire additional technical support and system information/parts. Would highly recommend.

I had a new air conditioner installed yesterday and was very pleased with my experience:- Scheduling process with Milad (initially for a service call, then for the install) was quick, accommodating to my needs and smooth. I was fortunate that I could book the install right on the spot for same day - very convenient!- Quote was reasonable for the amount of labour involved (6 hours, including removal, unit purchase, full re-piping, installation, etc.)- Technician Andy was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, willing to answer my questions and give helpful tips, hard working, and accommodating (at the last minute I added on the install of a digital thermostat and it didn't seem to phase him at all)- QA testing was thorough and everything was cleaned up neatly at the end including cutting up the boxes for recycling, which I really appreciated.- Air conditioner works like a dream and quickly cooled my house...is a relief the speed at which this issue was resolved.Would definitely recommend this company's services. When it comes time in the short term to replace our furnace I wouldn't hesitate to use Modify Air again.

Lighting Strike twice and Angel appears to you when you are alone." I was left in the cold twice by my major maintenance company and it was Andy to my rescue that give me the heating on my furnace that kept me warm in the winter. I was freezing and felt there was no one around

Modify Air was hired to remove an air conditioning unit (I paid extra for the complete removal including disposal (about $200 extra) and not just a task assignment to deal with a freon leak). The total price was $452 as (per email and invoice) and they provided same day service. I trusted them to my detriment.Modify Air did not seal up the outside hole that connected the compressor to the inside unit. Two years later I discovered that the outside hole was not sealed because a pest entered into the home.Initially Milad of Modify Air, claimed that Modify Air would have sealed the hole as a matter of policy but they must have been instructed not to seal the hole. No one told Modify Air to not seal the hole. All instructions were given by me in an email and I did not give any instructions to not seal the exterior hole and I was never asked about it. The plasterer confirmed that he did not give any instructions to not seal the exterior hole and why would they listen to him.Now, Milad is claiming it was not part of the task or if I had told Modify Air sooner, they might have sealed the hole. I informed Modify Air as soon as I knew. Why didn't they do their job correctly the first time?Given that the exterior hole is located at over 40 feet high outside, it is impossible to inspect but obviously sealing an exterior hole is part of the job to remove an air conditioning unit. Modify Air should have provided pictures to show that they sealed the hole as I never could have inspected the hole. This is standard practice in the industry and I should not have to rely on Google Maps for such information.The damages caused by Modify Air's negligence exceeds $1000. What kind of an HVAC contractor does not seal a hole?

Andy installed a fan coil sensor on my condo unit’s HVAC. He was very professional, worked quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions. he even demonstrated how the sensor so I would know what to expect if it ever tripped. I was given a two hour window for his arrival and I was not kept waiting. Great service!

Modify air team came to install a Humidifier for me that I had purchased. Had a minor miscommunication for the initial quote and there were some complications with the installation, however, the team was able to find a suitable solution for me got everything to work in the end without extra cost. Service was prompt and professional, and it was only response time was very prompt.

The technician arrived on time and gave very honest and constructive suggestions. I feel very comfortable throughout the diagnosis process, no pushing or any pressure. The decision about making an air conditioner replacement or repairing it for the life of another year is at my hand. Great service! Recommend.

Andy replaced our centralized air conditioner in 2020. He was very thorough, answering all our questions. Also professional & friendly. Since we were very happy with the service, we decided to engage the company to do our furnace maintenance this year, 2022. Andy did the service last week & again he did a very good job.
