very small store, limited selection of things shoppers actually want, unhelpful staff, whole place gives off a chilly, unfriendly, vibe. On the plus side it is super clean, the cleanest store I went into in the whole mall! The things they do have are displayed very nicely.

First time browsing the store. I went in specifically to look at jewelry this morning, and it did have cool items. The guy working today though was watching me like a hawk, as if I was about to walk out with the entire store in my purse. Not sure if they make their employees do that, but I noticed it was just me he was doing that too, so it came off as racial profiling which is a big thing at The Cat Center. Because of this obvious situation and lack of eye contact not sure if I will be back, because the atmosphere is unwelcoming. Hopefully this store does better.

First, a shout out to Nora, for being so nice and friendly and we chatted for a bit while I shopped. She made my store visit more pleasant. Staffs are great and helpful. Everything is nicely layed out with room to move around. One of the best Hot Topic stores I've visited.

My teenage daughter and her friends were banned from this store while back to school shopping for no reason at all. They dont steal, break things etc. The reason" was they say they over heard one of the kids talk about stealing even though none of them did. Its simply someone thinking they are superior to teens and being on a power trip."

The employees are very nice people` they have lots of pop culture `anime` video games` cartoons` music` Disney` ect` I love shopping at Hot Topic as well as looking around at stuff I like. The staff are friendly and helpful.
