We were debating what slightly longer hike to do for our second day in the Park, and settled on this one. No regrets! Just over an hour for us averagely fit people to hike, which includes a detour to one of the connected lookouts for Coastal trail.Nice mix of forest, rock and views. Path is a true hiking path with roots and rocks.

Nice trail with awesome ocean views. No need for hiking shoes, but can be a little rocky as others mentioned here.

We did part of the Jack Pine trail and part of the coastal trail. There were some really cool look outs!! Trail isn't that difficult either! A nice spot for sure it was about 2 - 3km!

Great trail. When we did it at the end of May, we were the only people there. One thing to note is that parts of the trails appeared to be damaged and had not been repaired as of May 29th. However, it is still doable and very relaxing. We did it after completing a longer hike prior to this one.

The trail was very muddy in spots and where it joins the Coastal Trail it is confusing. We met some people who turned around because they thought the trail was closed. We kept going through a portion that was yet to be restored from the hurricane and completed the trail. It was lovely and a fun trail for our 10 year old pup. Nice walk for sure

Nice trail a bit rocky. Was surprised it was marked as a green circle. But still enjoyable with lots of signs to teach you about the forest around the cabot trail

This is a great trail. If you're mildly agile, you'll have a good time. It is nice to immerse yourself in the forest and bathe in the aroma of nature. The views are quite nice and nothing is overly challenging.

A comfortable, yet somewhat difficult hike. Plenty of great views of the ocean, plus a quick walk down to the beach. Some parts of the trail were quite weatherbeaten and there were plenty of exposed roots and slippery rocks so make sure you keep an eye open.
