Jes helped us out with some shelving for our basement development. Great price, great service and was ready within days. Highly recommended.

They installed our mirrors and showers. The installers were very courteous, professional and they also took the time to explain what they were doing. After finishing the installation, they cleaned up after themselves.Before they left, they made sure that we were satisfied with their work and made sure that we knew that there was a warranty on the product and contact information for any service calls.I highly recommend them as they do excellent work and are very price competitive.

I wanted to replace the glass on one of my kitchen cabinets and was given Regals number. I called and was told to bring it in the same day. They had it ready sooner than expected and it turned out perfect thanks to Zaya George the glass cutter!!Also a shout out to Jes because he was so great to deal with! Gave me a quote over the phone no hassle!!Highly recommend these guys!!

The team at Regal who installed shelves and mirrors into our new home did an amazing job. With the high volume of costumers they've exponentially gained over the past year, they prioritized us as customers and exceeded our expectations for completion. Their efficiency and positive vibes entering our home made the experience so much better.We have dealt with multiple contractors and vendors over the past year and we have never felt more noticed and treated better than how Zaya dealt with us. We weren't receiving communication with our builders and always put placeholders" for appointments on our portal calendar but nothing was ever confirmed. We reached out to Zaya and he immediately got us an appointment and prioritized our urgency to feel settled into our home. We cant thank him enough for his kindness and outstanding customer service. Not recommended it. We have been waiting nearly a month for the shower and mirrors to be installed in our new home and its still not completely done. They keep changing installation appointments, couple times nobody turned up, wrong size mirrors were installed or mirror arrived already chipped. I have lots of patience but it has been very stressful and disappointing experience dealing with them.

We built our house just two years ago and the company that put in our en suite shower had gone out of business when the glass in one of our shower walls dropped. I had no idea who to call for help. My builder recommended I call Regal Shelf and Mirror and they were able to send some one (two people actually) to come and fix it. It turns out that when the original company installed the shower, they missed two screws so the glass was never installed properly in the first place.The guys were on time, polite, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed all within about 10 minutes. Regal called about a week later to check in and make sure that everything went well and that the problem had not returned. Great experience :) I highly recommend these guys!

The experience with Zaya and the team while building my new home was professional, informative, efficient and an overall great experience. The showroom provided examples and demonstrations so that understanding the final experience in my new home was easy to picture and I was able to leave confident in my choices.Outside of this experience, Zaya went above and beyond and was able to source the perfect solution to a product that was installed over 10 years ago in my existing home - something that exhaustive google searches, amazon searches and home improvement store visits couldn't resolve!Would absolutely recommend this company and would not hesitate for them to be my first choice for future projects.

When I needed to get glass for my shower and come custom mirrors a friend recommended them and I'm so happy I went with them. I got three quotes and they were the lowest despite the others having lower review scores. They came in $1000 less than that highest one. Great communication, kept me up to date and worked around my out of town work schedule.Would highly recommend! Ask for Jes.

I had a 4mm thick frosted glass shelf in the shower that shattered, and I was starting to get really frustrated trying to track a replacement through the retail shops so I stopped in to Regal Shelf & Mirror. I was assisted right away by their sales team, and the glass master Caleb, went above and beyond to cut the glass on the spot and have me out the door within 20min!! Can't thank you enough for the impeccable service.
