Our experience with Precise Pruning was extremely professional from start to finish. We are on an acreage and for the last 5 years have contacted Arborists in the Calgary area for quotes. Some would quote but never show up to do the work. This year we checked Shop local Airdrie and called 3 Arborists to quote on the acreage job. Precise Pruning was the first to return our call and the first to show up. Rod Toth was very knowledgable and has a genuine love of trees. Our crew worked for 2 days on the acreage and did a fantastic job with all the trees. I was very impressed with their work ethic and how well they worked as a team. I fully recommend Precise Pruning. I got my 'Monster Tree' removed from the backyard. I cannot say enough good things about this company. When I needed a tree removed, their quote was less than half of the next lowest estimate. But Rod loves trees, and will move mountains to save them. The consultations are thoughtful, mindful of the budget, and aimed at producing the best result. The work is always as promised and the most reasonable of any (legitimate) competitor. I've referred everyone I know to Precise and they have all thanked me.

We have a weeping birch tree that has been infected and Rod came out and accessed it , treated it and trimmed off the dead and damaged tree to help us save it . I would trust them with all my trees as they are very knowledgeable and care about trees . Awesome company to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone .

Approached Precise Pruning two growing seasons ago to manage my Brandon Elm. The tree had been experiencing bark discolouration and rolled leaves. Rod can out and injected the tree and it has never been better. Got call from Elaine this spring for follow up service call to assess tree for next treatment. Rod was out today to measure tree. Rod walked the yard as well, made suggestions on our hedge and fruit tree and cut a branch off another tree adjacent to the deck. The trim improved the shape balance of the tree. The group does the extra. They have my business.

We have a neglectful neighbour with oystershell scale and fire blight that refuse to cut down their cotoneaster hedge. We paid for this thorough report to give to our neighbour so that the rest of our neighbours didn't lose all their trees the way we did. We appreciate that the report included pictures of the neighbour's hedge, what they could do to save their hedge, and included several treatment options. Precise Pruning is probably the most knowledgeable arborist I've met, and I've met many through my work and hobbies.
