Amazing experience at this clinic! I was having issues suddenly and desperately wanted answers to what was going on. I had my referral sent here and they called just a few days after receiving it and I was then offered an appointment with in the same month! The receptionists were so kind answering all my questions and sent an informative email regarding the preparation. When I arrived at the clinic for my procedure all the staff were so kind and helpful during this stressful time for me, the anesthesiologist and endoscopist both spoke to me before my procedure to ensure I understood everything every step of the way. After my procedure the endoscopist also explained to me what he seen with his eyes and gave me some answers for the problems I was having. My diagnosis was nothing serious but im thankful for this clinic and that I was able to have answers so fast and that they made this entire process so easy and smooth!

I was blown out of this world by the receptionist! Her customer service, professional, and kind heart is something all admin need to have. I have been to many medical facilities over the last couple years, and the experience starts with the administration. From the first phone she was pleasant, and relatable.I didnt get a chance to tell her how amazing she was when I left - but I honestly feel if we had someone like her in all front line positions, we would all be alot happier.

Excellent service and care from start to finish. All staff were thorough in their explanations of all steps involved. It was clear to me that they care about their patients and ensured that they answered all questions and made patients as comfortable as possible throughout. Nothing negative to say at all and people reading these reviews should ensure they read current ones. I don’t know how long the current staff have been there, but they are doing an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. I had an Endoscopy and was really scared about the procedure. I had never had this done. The nurses were really reassuring, kind and patient. I didn't feel a thing and woke up in the recovery room. The Docs are excellent and have a wonderful bedside manner. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. Will definitely go back if I need anything else done.

Interesting reviews here. I attended this clinic several years ago. Fortunately future colonoscopies for me will be done overseas at reputable hospitals. My overriding memory of this place was the lack of hygiene! Supposedly clean sheets covered with staines, one nurse in recovery, trying to care for multiple patients while the receptionist mops the floor after one patient bled all over it. I remember asking the nurse for clean sheets as the ones she previously gave me were covered with soiled marks. She was gone ages, she came back stating she couldn’t find any clean sheets. Instead she gave me a tatty red woollen blanket, the type one might put into a dogs bed. My experience here, dreadful. My advice, avoid!

Had a procedure a few weeks ago and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and competence that was exhibited from start to finish.You complete a short assessment over the phone and the young women I had the opportunity to speak to, were personable, patient and knowledgeable.The preparation is less than perfect but using a 4L laxative was the best way for a full flush of my system without painful consequences.My surgeon, Dr Azabi already has a spectacular reputation and he did not disappoint. He made me feel welcomed and important; he made me feel like he had concern for my health and was happy to help.The Anesthesiologist was kind and gentle and, what I do remember, he made sure I was fully aware of the process and checked in with my every step of the way which was greatly appreciated.Once I woke up from anesthesia, the nurses were patient and gentle and never rushed anyone.I was spoken to by the Surgeon, the Anesthesiologist and the recovery nurse to ensure I had all my questions met and they all offered future assistance if I needed it.Every employee I interacted with made my health feel like a priority. They all worked around my schedule and had a full calendar to chose from.In conclusion, the staff, from Reception, Nurses, Anethesiologist and Surgeon, all acted professionally and compassionate to myself and anyone else I could see that day.I will be recommending this location to any and all family and friends in need, specifically those who try to avoid the hospital because this is an incredible alternative!Thank you so much Dynamic Speciality Care; you have made a dreaded experience a lot more tolerable and I would trust myself in Dr Azabi’s care again for other specialties he has.The day after speaking to my General Practitioner, I was contacted by this client and had my appointment within 2 weeks! I am so impressed with this location.

Had a procedure today. Cant say enough about the professionalism and kindness of the staff from the first call I got from Taylor, to being greeted by Diana today, Noor the R.N. is so kind and finally Dr. Beedling. A big thank you to all!

Staff friendly. Didn’t love that I was told by the doctor after procedure that I did “poor prep” when I followed all of their instructions. FYI - prep starts 7 days before. This clinic only gave me prep instructions for 24 hours before. Beware if you want to feel confident in the results they give you.

Everyone there is amazing. The girls at the front desk were so helpful. The nurses, doctor, and anesthesiologist were very friendly and caring. They make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience! I highly recommend this facility. Staff are fantastic, Endoscopist was very knowledgeable. See you guys in 5 years for my next screening :)
