Stone countertops was the one thing I wanted when I purchased my next home, and when I found the perfect house, but with laminate counters, I elected to use some of the proceeds from the sale of my first home to change them out.I was referred to Accent, wandered into the shop on a Saturday to check them out, left armed with significantly more information.With the size of my kitchen I was concerned it would be out of budget, and it wasn't. They sourced a silgranite sink for less than I could find anywhere else, offered suggestions as to colour and edging ideas, and reasons behind them that allowed me to make informed decisions. The installers who measured for the template also came to install and were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable.The end product is everything I wanted and more - they are stunning and the entire experience was easy and painless and professional. I am thrilled with the experience and the result.

We purchased a kitchen countertop, island top and top for vanity in a beautiful quartz from a retailer that uses accent as their supplier and fabricator. Accent far exceeded our expectations, they were terrific to deal with on the phone, very communicative and seem to have excellent processes in place for scheduling. The star of the show however was Vince. He came out to do our site measure, super friendly, told us exactly what he was doing and why. By the time he left we were confident that the countertops even with the strange angles in our house were going to fit perfectly. The next day we got a call to book the installation for the following day. Yup, measured on a Monday and installed on Wednesday. We were surprised when Vince showed up with a helper to do the install himself. The result is stunning, I dont think there is even a 1mm gap between the counter and wall. Amazing they can be so accurate. Again, Vince explained everything he was doing and even answered questions we had about the technical part of the install. He really wants you to understand everything about the product and what he is doing. When he was all done and packed up, he stopped and probably took 10 minutes talking about how to clean the countertop, how to care for it etc etc. Vince very obviously likes what he is doing and really cares about the customers and their home. We are doing a whole home reno of a 60 year old house. We have had our share of amazing people in our house but I have to say, Vince just raised the bar for the kind of service we will be expecting from other contractors. I don’t know how many installers Accent has or how good they are, I do know first hand though that if you are lucky enough to have Vince do your installation you will be stunned at the talent level he brings. Great experience all around with this company…for sure.

Accent Marble & Granite (Susan and Sam) provided exceptional customer service. We were provided with excellent recommendations on product and color. Pricing very reasonable. Once our kitchen cabinets were in place timing of measurements and placing was within 10-14 days.Our job was out of town which made it more challenging but everything was managed seamlessly !!!We highly recommend Accent Marble & Granite !! We found and put a hold on a beautiful slab of granite at another business. Then we were told about Accent. We went, just to 'browse'.We found a stunning slab, $2,000 less. It's now installed in our brand new kitchen, and boy, are we so glad we found Accent. Absolutely worth it. Would highly recommend, and use again when we renovate our bathroom next year.

We purchased a granite slab for our kitchen island counter as well as some quartz for the rest of our kitchen & bathroom counters and backsplashes.We were really pleased with the pricing, timeline, and the quality of installation team's work. There was a supplier issue with the granite slab we'd chosen, and Accent not only caught it but made sure that it was rectified.
