I went into Highland Cadillac last week with the intention of just looking at the XT4. I had made up my mind on purchasing a Lincoln Corsair but wanted to do some research and compare my options before signing on the dotted line. I called Highland to inquire about a brand new 2023 Cadillac XT4 that was showing online and made an appointment to meet with Jansan that afternoon.I fell in love with the XT4 and Jansan was so incredible to work with. He took the time to point out all the details and answer any questions I had about the vehicle. I truly felt that he went above and beyond in helping and educating and I did not feel any pressure the entire time. I ended up signing the documents that evening and driving away in my new XT4 that week!Jansan continued with his great customer service by emailing me over the weekend as I had a question at pick up about how to connect the garage opener to the car and he didn't have the answer on the spot. He also reached out to me this week to follow up and see if I had any further questions at all.I am so pleased with my decision and would recommend Highland and Jansan to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
