I love their service. I never have to go back for the same issue. They tell you a time that they know they will get to you quickly. They don't make you wait. They honour their commitment. Also their prices are honest. They don't care if you bring your own parts (as long as they aren't poor quality).

The worst customer service I had experienced by far. I felt that the mechanic Mohammed and his crew were trying to make me feel like I am asking them to do something for free of charge.NO RESPECT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE "In addition over charge auto service not reasonable at all. Moreover if you go there for any reason please don't be surprised to hear their slogan to ask more money " OH YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS TO MUCH WORK AND I'M SO TIRED ". If you are tired of fixing vehicles then why do you work ?I wish I could give him -100 stars."

Went to this shop for the first time as I was referred to it by a friend for my cars ac unit which was not working at the time. Not going to get into the exact details or conversation that took place but I did speak to mr Bashir who seemed to have a bit of an attitude and chip on his shoulder when I mentioned that cost was a concern and if I could get an idea of what the cost would be. Not only did he tell me that it would take time for him to diagnose and find out which is reasonable, but he also went on to say that it would cost me $90.00 an hour for it simply because there are too many people that take advantage of them by getting them to diagnose and then not give them business. Why he spoke to me like that especially me being a first time customer I dont know I found to be unnecessary. Furthermore, there were two other customers there that he spoke to in a much more respectful manner but myself not so much. Also, I got the feeling that Mr Bashir for some reason made a quick diagnosis of me as a person and also of my intelligence without even knowing me at all. Sure enough, I did not wait around but just left soon after. Got to be careful with these guys

They are scammers. They are just snatching money from . Extremely disgraceful person I ever seen in my life. Both of them father and his son .

Before pendamic they're very nice people. I don't know what happened to them now. They charge customer to much money. I don't recommend anyone to go there. Before you go think twice.

I always go to Jawed when I have complex issues. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. As I explain my situation to him, he already has an idea of what the issue is and will work to make sure he can find the cheapest solution to fix the issue. He knows how to do mechanical work as well as electrical. He's very busy so best is to call ahead so he can let you know when to come in

I go to Mr. Khan the owner quite often for small quick repairs, he is an honest person who doesn’t over charge for work. Gets the job done fairly quick as long as he is not too busy. The only downside is parking in the plaza is difficult and sometimes he can be very busy. However I still recommend him to any one who needs repairs on their cars. He is very knowledgeable.
