Telair Communications

Accidentally sent my bill payment to Telair instead of Telus, contacted Telair and they were able to see the funds but wouldn't return my money unless my bank faxed them. My bank faxed Telair multiple time with no response. I called again and was told to fax them again. My bank faxed them again and they never returned my money. Called a third time with the same person answering. He wouldn't put me through to anyone else and said that he was the only person in accounting.I've long since given up on getting my money back, but I would avoid this company if you can. Terrible old out of date systems.

We've been Telair customers for about 3 years now and the service has been rock-solid. With the company we worked with before, the phone line used be crackly and staticky, and the IVR menu didn't work half the time. It was embarrassing! With Telair, things changed and I'm happy to say their service just works. If you're a small business like us, it pays to work with a local service provider you can call anytime for support. They're friendly too.
