Staff has been consistently rude at this location (one or two that are decent but the rest have been extremely rude). I have never walked out of a store like this before but yesterday the staff was literally ignoring me (she was doing something on the counter and saw me walk in; didn't even stop to let me know she'll be a couple of minutes and continued her task like I was invisible). After that, when I had requested for something to be added to my drink, she had the worst attitude and was like ANYTHING ELSE?! There's more than enough bubbletea stores in the area to not have to visit this one.

Review is for Papa Spicy(as of this writing its not located by Google. The restaurant is located together with ShuYiHad one of their grilled fish. It was good. Portion could be bigger. Overall a nice place to have a meal.

If you need to order from here for some reason (though I can’t imagine why), only order through Uber even though it’s more expensive.Waited 20 minutes at the counter, they ignored me and then they finally said they won’t serve me. A lot of similar comments on here are being ignored by their management (this type of rot in a business always starts from the top).Funny that other businesses don’t let this type of thing fly.

Terrible customer service. Employee was rude, impatient and not the least bit friendly.Decided to give it 2 stars for the location and drinks!Cute little store located at Yonge and Sheppard.As a plus, theh also have a claw machine!Drinks are decent but she was so rude I left upset.

Great restaurant! Portion is pretty big and food is tasty. My family really like this restaurant. Don’t miss it if you like spicy food. Will definitely visit it again!

Literally the worst service ever from management down. I came here today at 11:45am and the door was OPEN and that same one girl that works there and triggers me every time I come here (yall know who I'm talking about) yelled at my face: Not open yet". Like literally that was the only 3 words she said no joke. I asked her "Ok then what time are you open" then she said "12" and starred at me. Ok miss firstly how am I supposed to know you're not open when your door is wide open?! And 2nd

Ordered tea through Uber for my friends and I well before the store closing time. Our order kept on getting delayed for over 1.5hours then finally the store closed and there was no update with our order. Is your store even taking delivery orders? What a waste of time and money. Please take your business elsewhere to a more reliable store.
