They honestly don't completely investigate the truth and its their way cuz thats the only way they know

My partner sent paperwork in 2 months ago to be filed; we called today to find out the status, and it's been sitting in his file collecting dust, not being seen by anyone. The clerk claimed he hadn't completed his documents, and when said document was found, and she was asked why, when he was told it would be settled in weeks, she claimed they were short staffed, and couldn't speak for another clerk, and promptly hung up.This is beyond unprofessional. Things happen, but when you have people relying on you to do your job, regarding LEGAL issues, one would expect a little more attention to detail, and professionalism. Instead, clients get hung up on.
