Due to Covid circumstances, my deck needed to delayed but at all times, Chase kept me informed and when the date to install finally came, he promised 3 days and it was done in 3 days. I love my deck - it's like another room to my house and I enjoy it daily. It has made my already wonderful house, great.

Chase was quick and easy to communicate with to arrange the visit and understand our issue, and Ken was awesome on-site. Issues were fixed and an interim solution for something that is a manufacturer's problem was provided. Really great experience with this team.

Like I suspect many homeowners in Toronto I've dealt with contractors and handyman that aren't responsive, don't show up and do poor quality work at high prices. Our experience with Military Maintenance was the exact opposite.Chase and the handyman were very responsive, professional, proactive, fair pricing and did excellent work on our small projects around our house. I'd definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you.

Chase’s pros were top-notch, detail oriented, excellent work, professional attitude and he always kept me in the loop. The deck looks amazing and he did not try to up-sell me on anything, always giving me an honest opinion on the work that needed to be done versus optional things that could wait for the future.
