Delightful experience...and not even for flowers! I needed a special gift for a birthday celebration and remembered that Stems, etc. had been recommended to me by a friend. The extremely helpful sales associate listened attentively to my request and immediately came up with suggestions that were perfect for the occasion! He even gift-wrapped everything to save me a step, all while we discussed books. Items for sale are thoughtfully curated and of good quality. I will be back for more gift items in the future, and maybe even flower arrangements too!

Stems made such a beautiful flower arrangement accompanied by luscious treats. My Mom loved them. Placing our order over the phone was a breeze and pricing is very reasonable. James was so helpful, patient and did exactly what I requested. Definitely highly recommended! Will go to Stems next time for our next occasion.

Our favourite Aunt turned 80 today, a most momentous occasion! She lives in the Anchor Pointe Senior Residences in Port Dalhousie and we live in Ottawa, so I researched Flower Shops close by her and found 'Stems Etc.' They had very, very good reviews and so I messaged James the owner and ask if he could put together a special bouquet for us and deliver it to our Aunt. I stipulated that I didn't want anything Christmassy and I didn't want boring flowers, and Stems Etc. came through with flying colours. (James also put these funky little yellow peppers in the arrangement (see in photo)...so unique! Our Aunt called us first thing this morning to tell us how beautiful the arrangement was and shortly afterwards I received an email from James with photos to show me what he put together. You can't ask for more than that. We will certainly use Stems Etc. in the future and recommend it to anyone in the Port Dalhousie, St. Catharines area.

I took my first trip out of Toronto since the first Covid-19 pandemic lockdown in March 2020, for a much needed mini-holiday in Port Dalhousie. I wanted to enjoy the local scenery, history and food, from my adorable tiny airbnb base (see photos). I also wanted to support local, small businesses affected by the pandemic. So, this included ordering flowers from James.I gave him florist's choice and he designed a delightful arrangement that I enjoyed for a day, before my 85-year old mum, who visited, on her and my dad's FIRST trip outside of their home since lockdown began, whisked it off back to Mississauga to enjoy at her house!She loved its scent, freshness and colours.
