Terrific experience. I was LATE to the appointment and they were more than accommodating. Manjit was terrific and full of positivity. Super easy and really smooth process from showing up to loading our stuff into a unit. Not to mention the fun little ride on the golf cart. Highly recommend

We walked into the office of Public Storage on Braid Street in New West on a hot Friday afternoon and were greeted by friendly staff who showed us the storage unit we're interested in, related all the details and fees about storage rental to us without any hard sales. Faith the manager took care of the final steps with efficiency and a warm smile. Great work everyone - appreciated!

It was my 2nd time using the service of PS . The process were easy. All my items were well kept. Staffs at 2 different locations were nice and very helpful. It has been good experience.

There needs to be more push carts in every building! If tenants are on a strict time schedule and they need to look for carts then that's big problem. Moving trucks are rented by the hour. The facility appeared to be very clean. The access hours are reasonable. The location is the biggest bonus because it is across the street from the Skytrain station. It's very easy to access.

We used the one at Briad Street, very nice people, good storage.Only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the number of times I had to walk over to a different building in the rain to get a dolly as people like to move them around.

Clean facility and friendly staff. Decent storage space compared to the U- haul place a friend of mine rented that one was rat city.

Very friendly staff, good selection of boxes and moving supplies. Went here after attempting to go to the very sketchy Uhaul location nearby. The boxes were a little bit more expensive than Uhaul but they have the same buyback option for unused boxes and honestly any excuse to not give my money to Uhaul is a win. Highly recommend getting your moving supplies from public storage.
