a former employee who was just called “look who’s evil is here?” by the womenswear manager! how dare you to tell that as a manager to tell your former employee that now a customer?? Treat as your customer as we’re not friends outside!! even my clients before told me how rude and clueless to address issues and call yourself a manager?as if you’re a good manager! holts should fire this manager and investigate if she actually deserve to be manager. i heard she’s been firing people without strong grounds, and just because she doesnt get along well. well, everyone doesnt like her at all and abusing her power! sorry not sorry, you’re the evil and ill be suing you on what you did dirty to me!!

The store is good if you know what brand/product you want. Else it's just a waste of time. The layout is crazy as accessories and apparels are mixed. There is a cafe in the store which has a great ambience and food is good as well. Nordstrom is way better than Holt Renfrew though.

Nice store. Nordstrom’s is better though.It feels like a museum. Somewhat boring and cold.The staff are kind but the store just lacks excitement in its displays.Nice enough layout and gorgeous product but after visiting Nordstrom’s this location of Holt Renfrew seems a little blah.It’s ok though. Just not an exciting store.

This location inside Yorkdale mall is decent sized. It has many luxury brands inside from Gucci, Louis, Dior etc. You can find a lot of the items you are looking for. The staff here is generally friendly but they definitely pick and choose who they want to deal with. Be ready to get ghosted if you are not dressed to their liking. They seem to judge heavy on appearance before they decide to speak with you. My brother had come from the gym and they didn't even acknowledge his presence not realizing he was with us. Overall a good experience will be returning.

I am a loyal customer of Holt Renfrew Yorkdale, and I must say that I have had the pleasure of interacting with numerous Beauty Sales Associates there. However, I want to take a moment to specifically praise the exceptional assistance I received from Paul at the Diptyque counter yesterday. Every time I have encountered him, I have had nothing short of a fantastic experience. From the moment I approached him, he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely inviting demeanor, making me feel valued as a customer.One aspect that truly impressed me about Paul is his extensive knowledge of not only the Diptyque brand but also other beauty products available in the store. He effortlessly introduced me to a couple of fragrances that caught my attention, and I'm already contemplating purchasing them on my next visit. As a perfume enthusiast, it is crucial for me to fully understand and experience a fragrance before committing to a full bottle. Paul recognized this and went above and beyond to ensure my happiness and provide me with detailed information about the notes and composition of each scent.Overall, Paul embodies the qualities of an outstanding sales associate. His dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in his genuine approach, product expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile. I sincerely appreciate his assistance and commend him for his exceptional service. I went to holt Renfrew today and went to the 2nd floor to buy some lingerie at 2:30pm. I didn’t like my experience , as a customer I should be greeted and asked if I need assistance. I was walking back and forth to customer service desk. Yet nobody was there and finally when I found what I was looking for. I decided to go back to the front desk in hopes that somebody would be there. To my surprise there were 3 employees , two of them being a woman having a conversation with one another and a man who was at the stood there for a few seconds and walked away.What I don’t understand is , Holt Renfrew is a high end establishment with such great reputation yet the staffs have zero customer services skills ? Please train your employees to better serve your clients. I’ve always shopped there and never had a problem until today. I’m very disappointed…..

I have to say I was a little bit disappointed with this Holt Renfrew. I really think they need to revamp the whole layout of this place because there’s no real good flow and the second floor is not even worth going to. Expected a lot more at this location especially because it’s in such a great mall. I would much rather shop at Nordstrom.

I went there today, not glammed upNot wearing anything designer.AND NO ONE TRIED TO HELP ME.IM TRYING TO LOOK AT THE SALE ASSOCIATES (3) AND GIVING A LOOK THAT I NEED HELP BUT THEY JUST STARE AT ME AND IGNORED ME.Lol, so learned my lesson, i guess i need to make sure i look rich when i come here.They were just happy tp help those customers who dressed liked old money and looked like an ig influencer
