Spectrum Window Coverings
As a property manager, I deal with a lot of vendors, and am used to scheduling repairs. I have never had issues with any other vendor returning calls, especially if we are paying to have something repaired. That said, I have left 6 messages so far, drove by the office of this company, and can not get a hold of anyone.I think it would be a miracle if these guys actually returned a phone call.I'm giving a 1 star, as a zero star was not an option.

Amazing service, and want to thank again Cindy, Roger, and the team. Spectrum took care of the blinds in my condo 10 years ago, and recently one of the blinds broke. I called the office and they provided support over the phone to teach me how to remove the broken blind from the bracket. I then brought the unit into their office, and was fixed same day within 30 minutes. They then took the care to ensure I would know how to reinstall the blind once home. Thank you again for the tremendous support Spectrum team.

Spectrum Window Coverings
Purchased a house that had spectrum blinds in it. We took all the blinds off the brackets to clean individually, in the process we broke a couple of the plastic clips. In total we needed 15. Called them up and they gave us these clips with no fuss and for free. Can't complain.

This company installed hundreds of blinds in Polygon homes and is having recurring issues with their products over and over again. So disappointing service. Wonder how this company keeps itself.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst service ever. The owner actually told me that he wasn’t interested in helping me and to go somewhere else. Unbelievable!!

I've worked with Nuzhet for over 15 years. His product knowledge, service and pricing is best in the business. He is always responsive and willing to assist. Great company to work with. I've done 8 home with them.

I am giving 1 star because I can't give 0!! This company is ridiculous. Been having problems with our blinds for over a year. Asian guy refuses to repair them. Not to mention they are all crooked and made of cheap parts. He finally showed up this morning, rang the door bell 3 times, was extremely rude and condescending and refused to fix the problem for the second time!!! Do not give this company your business! Cheap Asian owners!
