Chez Gatsé Restaurant Tibétain
It was the first time I had Tibetan cuisine. The food was simply amazing. The ambiance and staff was also equally great. I had the Shapta Poulet, which was superb. My friends had Poulet Lhassa and Pork Kongpo. They also found the food delicious! Would totally recommend this place if you are looking for authentic Tibetan cuisine.

We were traveling and noticed this restaurant with food that I have never tried before and that bought an interest to go in. The music and atmosphere was unique with a very calming environment. We were greeted and seated right away. The waiter helped us make our choices and understand the menu. The food and presentation was very good with unique flavors. I was very happy with what I ordered and there was a good quantity of food that was very reasonably priced.

We came in very late and it was pretty full. There was one cook and one server/busser. We had to wait a while at multiple occassions but it was to be expected. I still give five stars because the food was great and so was the service, even if it was slow. Prices are amazing so we ordered a bunch of plate to try and they were all so good! I did not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to my friends. I will definitely come back here.

Such a relaxing ambience. The music, the decor, and the general energy of the place are all very calming and welcoming. The food is delicious, and plenty for the price that you pay. A wonderful experience overall!

I was here for dinner with a friend. We did not call in advance. We were greeted with the instantly recognizable scent of wood and fabrics as we entered the place. The ambience is rustic, cozy, and reminded my friend of the places he's visited in Ladakh, India. The owner was friendly and it took about 20 mins from order to delivery. I tried the fried beef momos and my friend went for Shapto with Tingmo (traditional bread). The taste was very good and I loved the mellow but flavorful beef filling used in the momos. The shapto apparently was a little light on the curry but I couldn't tell as this was my first time trying this cuisine. The owner also indulged in some banter with us as he'd spent some of his youth in India. The menu is quite extensive and seems friendly for vegetarians as well. We decided to go back later with a larger group so we can sample the rest of the offerings. The restaurant also sells souvenirs from Tibet like mats, t shirts, and cashmere scarves.
