We have heard a lot about the pizza from here. The Menno exceeded what we expected. The blending of flavours, even the beets which surprised us.The dining area is fairly small but works for the style of dining location. We will be back for the pizza.

Tried the pizza for the first time ever and it did not disappoint! The crust is amazing and the pizza was delicious. Found my new favourite pizza place in Winnipeg.

My favorite bread in the city, especially the sourdough! Soups and sandwiches are yummy. Vegan options are available for many of the meals, soups, pastries, and breads, all of which are delicious. Not a huge amount of seating, but the plants are majestic.

They make the best vegan pizza in Winnipeg! The crust is always perfectly baked and chewy. The toppings are always abundant and high quality. I especially appreciate the enjoy their homemade seitan pepperoni and cashew cheese.

Great food! Amazing vegan options, too! The pizza is one of the best. The soup and sandwiches are worth the trip down there. They grind their own flour in-house! The pastry counter is filled with treats you will come back for. Vegan cinnamon buns! So good. The morning glory muffin, also vegan, is borderline addictive, so incredible.They also have ake away frozen versions of their pizzas, soup and a whole host of other items if you want to go that route.Oh ya, and they have a nice little eat in Cafe style area if you want to sit and have coffee.

When you want healthier bread, fresher bread and uniquely tasting well balanced leavened baked goods, each and everyday - Hildegards is where you step intoThey use a lot of various older techniques and grains that require more hardwork, persistence and perseverance in a consistent manner to make what they make and they do the heaven of a job at it and their breads are just heavenly.My absolute favorite is always the foccacia, then followed by the spelt followed by the scones and the rest. Their soup and toast are something that one should have once and they make some real good pizzas when they do.Lovely bunch of hardworking people making the best of what they make.June 2023 edit: Finally here at the right time and place to get hands on their Pizza and oh my god are they delicious + if you choose their sourdough crust it just elevates the whole pizza experience. Having it made in wood fire dome oven gives the pizza that nice bubbly crunchy crust + not to discount their well made dough.Their pizza toppings and ingredients are clean and nice and the pizza tastes really well. We tried the Manitoberrean and Spanakopizza; their menon and pepperoni funghu and cheese funghi and deluxiest and red pepper popeye they all also sounds great, but those will for some other time.thank you to you all.

One of my favourite places in Winnipeg! I haven't tired one thing I didn't love from here. Their take out soups are my go-to for a quick lunch. And if you haven't tried their pizza yet, you are missing out! They offer an amazing cashew-based vegan cheese, which I recently discovered is sometimes available in their take-out freezer as well!

Went here with a friend for a lunch date. The food is very artisan and well priced. Very fresh made on site breads. The aroma is quite pleasant when you walk in. Not a large sitting area but enough to serve the clientele and the steady flow of patrons coming in to pick up there goods.

Amazing delicious lovely experience. The bread is yummy, the staff are friendly, coffee strong, and food delicious.Note that they don't serve pizza's all day though so that was disappointing! I will be back to give that a try soon!
