Please do not use this service!!! Talking more directly about the text line. They don't care, they will wait 5-10 mins (in a 45min convo) to respond to every message, deflect the reason you're asking for help, put you down and make you feel bad about texting in then ban you for 48 hours, leaving you for the wolves or worse.Please use anyone else as the text line here is more damaging than helpful
