We hired Mario Laflamme Contracting Renovation Ltd. for basement renovation work towards the end of 2020.At the onset, we communicated what work we wanted done and this was accomplished in a very professional manner with very high standards. Also there were no big surprises; flexibility was shown by both parties.As this renovation project was done during the Covid meltdown, all efforts were made to stay within the Covid guidelines, using masks and proper distancing. The Contractors were very polite and always called before showing up.We would not hesitate to recommend Mario Laflamme Contracting & Renovation Ltd. for home renovations.

We have hired Mario based on our previous experience. Project was very time sensitive. Sinkhole was discovered in our yard and it was very important to finish the repair in timely manner to avoid rain further damage. Mario finished the job on time. Mario understands his clients very well. He renovated our kitchen and family room. He was able to provide us with a good design and renovation concept. California coating on all ceilings, new stair railing, gutted and updated bathrooms, plumbing repairs with new toilets, furnace with air conditioning and hot water tank installs, electrical updates and light installs, baseboards install, tiling on the main floor, and carpeting on the second floor of my two storey house. Frankly, Mario did an amazing job and I consider him a good friend. We love the house now.

We had Mario replace our backyard brick patio with a new concrete pad. We chose to have the patio stamped with a design that looked like barn wood planking in a grey color. We had complications due to mother nature and all the massive rain storms we had in June that caused delays. But when the weather cleared and things dried up sufficiently, they got it finished and it turned out awesome. We are totally happy with the results and the crew did an excellent job.

Our tired old kitchen in our condo was needing a complete renovation.We found Mario through the internet and since he was close by we called and arranged a meeting. Boy, are we glad we did!From start to finish(6 weeks as promised) we were kept fully informed as to what would happen each day. All the contractors he brought in were very polite and professional and listened to what we wanted.All floors and walls were protected. New seamless counter top with sink, Gem Cabinets with under cabinet LED lighting, LED pot lights, additional power outlets all combined to make our kitchen a dream come true.When Mario says “Be prepared to be impressed” he really means it. There were no short cuts or quickie fixes. Everything was done to perfection.Next stage will be the bathrooms and guess who we will be calling.

Did a full basement Reno … went above and beyond my crazy expectations with a very good price… I waited 6 months to write this review and I am happy to say all the work is solid and I have not had a single issue . Would recommend to anyone for any project small or large .
