On my request supervisor came and we went to check the price displayed. Instead of accepting her mistake, she started, showing her attitude and misbehaved with me. Love to shop fruits and vegetables. Especially fruits. price is also comparatively good

This place is huge with a big selection of meats, deli, deserts and hot meals. I got the $20 Trio meal and it was awesome. Staff are very polite and friendly.

Very poor services, I bought what looked from outside chopped parsley for 5.99$ which used to be 2.99 or 3.99 a month ago, and I got all this stuff inside, I spent 1 hour trying to remove all the dirt and big pieces, when I had visitors coming over, it would been easier to bought and chopped it my self, and I was so fed up at the end and through it in the Garbage , I regret the money and the time.Don’t ever buy any of this product from them.Clear they have no respect, no values that they have included all this rubbish that should just be for wash and use.

Bakery section is really good, variety and quality of Cakes and Baklawa is best. Great prices and Halal.

If I could give a lower score I would. The lady serving at the sweets was asked to give me 4 of a particular cake, she did and put it in a box. I then asked her to add 4 of another cake. The first was for the wife craving it the second so the kids would leave her alone. The staff turns her back and appears to put all of them into a new larger box. Fine no issues. I get the sealed box. So far so good, right. I get home. Nothing of what I asked for is in the box. Maybe she gave me someone else's, nope, I was the only one at the time. I drove home 40 minutes away, sat with the wife later that night as her mouth watered for the cake and i opened it up.... I want to use a lot of words to describe the staff's absolute incompetence but that doesn't even begin to explain it. Shame on any company for hiring individuals who don't want to be there and care as much for the business and its customers as a dictator cares for his people. I will be bringing it back and being very loud about it. Serves me right for expecting someone who was to busy yelling at other customers do you want anything" while I thought she was serving me. Not to mention she charged me $35.92 for a sale that was 2 for $5. Wife HATES chocolate. Thanks for royaly screwing up the night after a long and tiring weekend. UPDATE: I called customer service and told them the story. I was told I could go in and get another 8 pieces and do as I wished with the others. Fast forward that night amd I get there. Every lady in the department wants to know what's going on and wants to add there 2 cents and wants to refuse it. One calls the Manger since the other manager I guess has no pull even though they said they did. They don't want to give me anything and I start getting irritated. I tell them it would have been easier if well long story short they were all angry with me as if I made the mistake. Adonis

Simply, if you are looking for fresh meat, then don’t go there.Their pastries not the best, just Maamoul are good!Fish is their best product so far.Frozen baked product are fine.Other imported products, you could buy that!As long you stay away from their meats and pastries, you will be happy with Adonis!Tip: for fresh meat, and pastries, get it from Arz store.

This location used to be a Metro, they didn’t have nearly the same amount of customers back then.Overall this is a great grocery store with a lot of Middle eastern foods!They’re marinated meats are a bit pricey but good (FYI they don’t put any salt in their marinated meats so you can add to taste before cooking/grilling)It’s a good place to shop for dates, they have a decent variety.Frozen foods section has a hood variety of samosas, sausages, pastries etc…The hot foods section is amazing.They make one of the beet shawarma sandwiches in town at one of the cheapest price.And lastly this is the only place I know of that stocks my favourite coffee grind.

The meat section staff is extremely helpful. Ousama is our go-to person as he is very knowledgeable and gives the best advice and service when we select our meat for various meals and occasions! He's friendly and professional and goes the extra mile to ensure we have the best customer service at Adonis!
