The Westmount

This review is mostly based on Lenny, I called her a week before my lease ended at another apartment and I was so stressed about finding a place before my move out date. It was amazing that she helped me through the process and got us organized so we could move here quick, she updated us throughout the process and her customer service is phenomenal!! we’ve only been here for couple days but so far it’s been easy, quiet and well maintained

I moved into The Westmount in August of 2019, and because of a family circumstances, I needed to move August 2022.Lenny was most friendly, efficient and easy to work with. I have referred numerous people to The Westmount because of her friendly disposition as well as the maintenance crew. I would not hesitate to move back there if the situation arose.

I cannot rate Ms. Lenny and Ms. Cherise highly enough. As far as Resident Managers go she has by far been the best I’ve dealt with, her willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills has made my leasing period very easy. Ms. Lenny and Ms. Cherise is a professional, responsive, proactive, capable, caring…is just few adjectives i’d use to describe these two ladies. What you guys bring to the table, aside from your knowledge, skills & contacts, is genuine care for your clients. I’d like to thank Ms. Lenny for being there every time we need something actioned, for all your useful recommendations & suggestions that saved us time & money…and more than anything, thank you for being understanding and caring, and adding some humanity to the job you are doing so well. It is also always lovely to have a chat with you. Professionals like you two is what makes property management selection easy for us, clients. Thank you & keep up the great work!!!

Nice place to live quiet . Staff are very nice. Lenny is understanding, easy to get along with. I will recommend this wonderful place to my friends and family.

I have been living at The Westmount for 2 years now. It is a very quiet, clean building. Lenny (who works in the office) is amazing! She has quickly and professionally resolved any of my concerns and is always a joy to talk to. Lenny is willing and able to find solutions, no matter how difficult. The maintenance workers are very efficient and anything I needed fixed or added to my suite has been completed professionally and promptly. I am very happy with the service here and enjoy calling The Westmount my home. Thank you for all your help Lenny :)

I lived in this building for 6 years and I loved it. Had to move away because of life changes but I will always love this building. I would highly recommend this building to anyone who enjoys a cozy, quiet place to come home to in a very beautiful area of the city. The people who maintain the building are all wonderful. Mark The Maintenance Guy is super friendly and always welcoming. Lenny in the front office is amazing as well. I really enjoyed it here and it will always feel like home to me.

The staff here are amazing. Lenny is honestly the best, super dedicated and hardworking. The people in the building are very friendly and kind. 10/10 would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Moved in Friday, Nov 18 2022. For the past few months Lenny has been awesome in helping me get into The Westmount. Finally, she did find one and yes it was perfect. She assisted me in anyway I needed, answered questions and call backs quickly. Lenny is the best. Linda

I just recently moved into the Westmount. Lenny was the one who helped us get set up, and do the viewings. Slavka was the lovely lady who did the move in walk through with us. Lenny and Slavka have been the most helpful and amazing office ladies. Whenever I have any questions they both try their hardest to answer all the questions. The Westmount feels amazing, it’s nice and secure, it feels like a home. And if it wasn’t for Lenny, I probably wouldn’t have chosen the Westmount, Lenny was very informative, showed us three suites, and was very patient while we looked through the suites, to figure out which one would be the best for us. Thank you Lenny, for being the reason we can call the Westmount home.

After switching apartments at Westmount, both the move out and move in with Lenny were very pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. Lenny went over and beyond with the inspections. Everything was done perfectly and smoothly. It is always a pleasure dealing with Lenny! Thank you Lenny!
