I cannot speak highly enough about Blake and Pacific Septic. I had last minute issues with my permit application for our home renovation. We were originally told (by others) that we would not need to upgrade our septic, but that was not accurate. I contacted Blake just before Christmas and he jumped into action getting our entire septic plan drawn up and submitted to Fraser Health so we could apply for our renovation permit before the Christmas break - amazing. He discussed the plan with me along the way and incorporated my knowledge of our renovation into his drawings. He was professional, reliable, and has a lifetime of experience. We came across Blake after dealing with 2 other waste water practitioners who designed complicated septic system for our site without doing the required perc test. Blake came to our site and provided free consultation and did proper tests before designing the septic system. He listened to our concerns patiently. His price is also very reasonable compared to other waste water practitioners. We were able to get the septic system designed and installed within a month's time frame.
