Today I had my road test for class 5. I was little late for my check in and felt sorry about being late to the supervisor there because I got stuck in traffic and she said it’s fine. A Punjabi guy with a haircut was my examiner (I forgot his name). He was looking so aggressive. According to my examiner I failed the test because I didn’t check my right before turning after the stop but I checked it once after stop. This was my mistake and he declared me that you are fail. First of all, they should hire the examiners with positive behaviour. Another thing is nobody is perfect here. Everybody gets better with time. These kind of examiners just failing and waisting the time and money of people. I think he don’t deserve to be an examiner.

I had a very pleasant experience with my class 5 driving test at this location. My instructor, Hamza was very polite and patient, very clear in his instructions, gave me tips to calm down my nerves. Passed the test in the first go, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to book their driving test.

I went for my road test today. Got checked in within a minute. The staff was so kind. My examiner AVNI was amazing. She is very professional. Made me feel comfortable throughout the test and talked to me politely the entire test. She made sure that i dont get nervous. Reviewed my performance in detail. I would like to say thank to her for being so nice.

I acknowledge my errors, but what transpired today was incredibly unfair. She gave me a failing grade, saying that I needed more Polish to enhance my skills, but how am I supposed to practice without a license, her initials were AN .My test today did not involve any risky actions. My examiner, I think, was new. She gave me orders to perform whatever reverse parking that I did. I believed I would receive my license today. Finally, she said that I needed more skills but that my parallel work and other tasks were good. For example, why am I not qualified to obtain the chance to sharpen or perfect my abilities on my own car without having to pay a significant sum of money to enforcers if I followed all of your instructions and did nothing harmful or illegal?

Very bad experience & instructor. Gave a road test on 30 March with instructor initials JTThe whole test was very well, no mistake in whole test. Just when I was near ICBC, there was a lady walking on the sidewalk(alongside my car) and when I passed her, she turned and crossed the road back from my car. The instructor said I should have waited for her to cross, even though she was walking straight on the sidewalk and there was no crosswalk. This was the reason he failed me from the road test and I am wondering on what basis he could do so.After that, I tried to explain him or asked him for the explanation of the situation , he was very rude and disrespected me.

Today i got my license, James was my instructor and he was super cool and very clearly explains the instruction. He failed me last time but i didnt get upset since it's was my fault and he explained what i need to improve. And he came again today and watched me closely and said that i improved a lot and no big mistakes. And all over the testing, he encouraged if i do anything good which made me more confident. Thanks James!!!

I had a very great experience at this location for my class 5 road test. ALI was my instructor and, he was very patient and he made the road test very easy with his clear instructions. Overall, he has a very positive personality and if he is your instructor during the test, you are in safe hands. Thank you so much Ali

My experience with ICBC was extremely disappointing. I took the driving test four times, and every time the examiner seemed to be trying to make me fail. While I made some mistakes that could be considered dangerous during my first exam, I didn't do anything dangerous during my 2nd, third and fourth attempts, the examiner didn't let me pass the test for a non-dangerous situation, which was frustrating. Besides, they say they won't ask you to do anything against the law, then when they do they blame you! They obviously trick you!Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking your next test at this location. In fact, several driving training providers have told me that this location is notoriously difficult, and almost no one passes there.If you do decide to book your test at this location, be prepared for a challenging experience. It's important to remember that everyone learns at their own pace and that it's okay to take some extra time to develop your driving skills. However, if you're looking for a supportive and helpful testing environment, I would suggest looking elsewhere.Failing the driving test multiple times has left me feeling extremely frustrated and discouraged, especially since I didn't make any major mistakes that would have endangered myself or others. It's disheartening to put in so much time, effort, and money into preparing for the test, only to be met with an unhelpful and unsupportive examiner who seems determined to make me fail. I hope that ICBC takes my feedback into consideration and works to improve the testing process so that future test-takers don't have to experience the same disappointment and frustration that I did.

Kudos to Avni for the proper guidance on the driving examination. She was really nice and calm. Gave clear directions too. Passed the exam too. Would recommend this centre for other students.
