Horrible! I went to get my lashes done for my birthday weekend… the lady charged me just under $300.00… the lady doing my lashes was sick. Coughing and sneezing the whole time. I was there all day from about 12pm to 6-7pm. She didn’t complete it wasn’t even the right set…She asked if I could come back on Sunday to complete. Me not getting my eyelashes done I wasn’t sure if lash technicians actually request extra time, like is this a thing if they get to tired? So I agreed went home My lashes were falling out… They didn’t even make it to Sunday LOL! I was so upset She gave me a refund of $100… I should’ve got a FULL REFUND! This place is a joke.

Jasmine did my lashes about a week and a half ago. I asked for natural-looking hybrid lashes with a cat-eye style and she deliveredddd!! The application process was so peaceful I could’ve forgotten that I was getting my lashes done. This past week I’ve put these lashes through full-face makeup, washing, all kinds of craziness and they still look nice, soft, and full. I’m SO happy with her work!

I had a great experience with Judith today. I decided I needed my lashes taken off and decided to give this salon a try. She was super accommodating with my schedule and really friendly. I left really happy! This location is esthetically pleasing and clean, staff are lovely and I will deffinitely visit again!

I had an appointment at 9:30 for a fill cause my lashes didn’t even last a week. . they didn’t show up till 1030.

I have never gone out of my way to leave a bad review in my life, but this is truly for the safety of any potential new customers. My girlfriend went to get her lashes done, the girl doing them did not setup the table properly resulting in it collapsing and my girlfriend falling and injuring her neck, still bad to this day. The girl also had her foster child there, running around hitting her while she did my girlfriends lashes, which is obviously dangerous because of the potential risk of an eye injury. Extremely unprofessional, no work safety practices, I am completely baffled. Worst of all, the owner said she was sorry about the bad experience and was going to give my girlfriend an incident report that she needed to give to her work, but the owner never did it, and would ignore countless calls every day, and then lied in response about the timeline and details of what happened, no accountability at all.For the owner, are you familiar with Bill C-45? Under this bill, there are violations as per the criminal code. Section 221, bodily harm, both the worker and owner is in violation. Also Section 217.1, that the person (owner) directing the work of others (employee) breached a legal duty by not taking all reasonable steps to prevent bodily harm to a person (my girlfriend/customer). In Bill C-45, this is would classify as a summary offence, the potential maximum fine of $25,000-$100,000. There is also probationary under the bill in the criminal code, subsection 732.1 (3.1), this would be for restitution of loss or damages caused, to enforce and establish conditions to prevent subsequent offences and the owner would have to report the implementation of these steps to the court, and to follow any orders that the court finds reasonable to prevent any other subsequent offences.You are running a business and service, you are not above the law and the responsibilities that must be adhered to, not just for the safety of everyone, but for your own good, legally, and financially.

Found my new favourite lash place! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I’m usually difficult with how I like my lashes and Judith got them exactly how I like!

My mom has been wanting her lashes done for the first time for awhile and she said she had a great experience and loves her lashes. I am happy she is happy
