I reached out 4 times about a garage repair or possible garage door replacement. They never showed to see if the garage door was fixable, despite ongoing contact on my end. Will not recommend or contact for any future needs.

Terrible service. Many promises to come and fix with nothing but No Shows". Rescheduled and rescheduled and still nothing. Very disappointing. Empty promises

I had Nordoors. Install garage door at the Laughing Buddha many years ago. The installer said he would come back and install the outside seal the next day and never did. I called several times and they never got back to me. Do not recommend them.

What's the chances of any business in town having a part to fix a garage door opener ... Nordoors did and I think that's freak'n awesome. I've been having problem with my Liftmaster opener for a couple of years now and I was limping it along so that I wouldn't have to dish out $1200 for a new one. Well last Friday it finally gave up on me so I decided to take a chance and change out the encoder. Nordoor just happen to have them in stock and for cheaper than online! It worked!! My opener is fixed and I save myself 1200 smackers!!! Thank you everyone at Nordoors ... I won't forget this and will pass it on. I'll be shopping for a new door soon and Nordoor is now my go to!!!CheersMike

I emailed Nordoors for a quote for the installation of a garage door opener and to service an existing garage door. Brad responded to my email promptly with a quote and he answered my questions. We scheduled a time for the work. The installer Roger showed up on time. Roger was polite and professional and took the time to explain some of the options that were available. Overall, great job and at a very good price.

This business does not return phone calls. I called several times requesting basic service. I explained the error code that my door was giving etc. I was never contacted, even after speaking to their employee who answers their phones on two occasions. My door has not been functioning for 2 months now. I guess I'll be doing the repair myself. What a joke!

I called on a Friday to schedule a repair appt, was told someone was available to come on Monday and I would get a call to confirm. It’s now Wednesday night, I waited 3 days, nobody showed up and no follow up call. I got the job done by another company who actually followed through.

Had them replace my garage door springs. They were quick to respond. The install was fast and clean. Service was great over phone and in person. Will recommend to others.
