Don’t need it very often, but it’s a must go to for baking and candy in particular. I get all my spices there. Good prices.

Great staff! Clean store!

The store is clean and the staff are friendly. Especially that girl with the purple hair is just amazing: lively, fun and very helpful. I'd come back to the store just for her.

After leaving two other establishments in Milton which also sold peanuts, I thought after 2 years of this pandemic BS, I would spread the wealth and purchase the peanuts I use to feed crows and ravens from the bulk barn in Milton. All I'll say is after traveling with my GSD service dog all over the GTA country etc... the individual who seemed to know all about service dogs wasn't all that welcoming, told me I was rude and asked me to leave... lol.Not sure why I wasted my time driving across town there when I could have purchased at my first stop. Never again bulk barn.

The staff are so friendly and approachable! I recently visited there to purchase some snacks and I noticed a labels on one of the products had been expired. I kindly asked them about it and they were so chill and patient with me. They made sure to get another employee on inspecting the other labels right away. Usually when you bring up this sort of concern, people’s instincts are to get defensive and dismissive, but the bulk barn staff are attentive and take your concerns seriously and professionally. I was very pleased. I was not, however, with my purchase of cheetos. They were kind of chewy instead of crunchy, and had a sour taste to them. I think they were expired for sure. Luckily I only paid $0.50 for them, and I can forgive the Bulk Barn for this fluke since they usually deliver with quality content. 4/5 stars from me!

Robert, the manager is a credit to the store. I need Lexia raisins for my fruitcakes and they have been waiting some time for delivery. After a couple of calls, Robert asked for my phone number so he might call me when they arrived. He called me and I now have my raisins. Robert is friendly, respectful, kind, helpful and totally into amazing customer service. Thank you Robert!

I really love this location. It's because of the staff! They are great at their jobs, knowledgeable and very friendly. I also appreciate that they are longer term staff as we have a chance to get to know them. They are a huge asset to this store!

I visited this store just a couple of minutes before closing. The lady at the cash register patiently answered my questions and also saved me another trip as I had to come another day to get a discount which she applied in the same visit. Thanks again!

Learn the legality of a policy before you poorly try to enforce it. Section 3, 4(J) of the reopening act allows customers with exemptions. Company policy only extends to employees. Telling a customer they're only allowed to order online is discrimination. Read the laws please
