Was referred by my mortgage broker to LW, and was impressed by their team. My assigned conveyancer Zoe was excellent and responded quickly to questions. The fee was also very reasonable compared to other lawyers Ive seen.

He listened carefully as I explained my circumstances and without pressure clearly laid out how he would manage my claim. David remained approachable throughout the process, his legal assistants all work with the same positive, professional approach, and the results he achieved have exceeded my expectations. When you go to a lawyer for 'employment legal advise' you don't expect that advise to change 180 degrees (criminal advise OK.. employment?!) but that is exactly what happened with Rajvir. After we received the letter back from opposing council LAUGHING at our position Rajvir changed his advise to 'You will lose in Supreme Court'. Odd how the advise changed only after them taking my $1,500.00 retainer, conducting a parlay, then being laughed at. Is Rajvir still articling? Sure seems that way. His advise went from 'They owe you $90K+ to... you will lose.' I did lose the minute I gave this guy my money. Save your money and find an employment lawyer who knows his stuff. I'm now out of pocket for his education yet somehow he denies this. He also states I had to pay for his research... agreed, he researched case law pertaining to my circumstances... told me my last employer owes me 90K +. SCAM

Raj Nagra is an amazing lawyer! He provided excellent service throughout my entire case and was always available to answer any questions I had. His work was top-notch; he thoughtfully considered all options for the best outcome in my particular situation. Raj's intelligence, knowledge of the law, and creative problem solving were tremendous. We used this law firm to complete the purchase of our home and due to their lack of due diligence and professionalism they cost us thousands of dollars. There was no accountability, they tried to blame the bank, when they were the ones late submitting documents without even communicating with us beforehand. Most of us would expect a higher level of professionalism from a law firm. This was completely disappointing.

Wanted to have some work done by them for a wills and probate issue, they asked for a retainer as to be expected.Ended up charging me over $1,000 and all they did was read the will which was only 20 pages and do a property search which cost $7.Then when I asked them to do some basic legal work filing Etc they told me they didn't have time for my case.Overpriced, dishonest, misleading, and completely unprofessional.Definitely felt victimizedI charge a fairly High hourly rate in my line of work.When no work has been done I do not charge for it.And don't get me wrong I am well aware how much lawyers charge and I'm quite comfortable with the rates. Have had to use them a few times over the last 3 years.

I called to ask about the price for a POA / RA and was told that the person I needed to speak with was on lunch. I was instructed to leave her a voice message and she would call me back when she returned in 45 minutes. Three hours later when I was busy and unable to take a call she finally called me and left a voice message. I extricated myself from what I was doing to immediately call her back but reception told me she had just left for the day. I find all this completely lacking -- 1) to not call me back when she returned from lunch as I was told she would and 2) to call me at the very end of the day and leave immediately when I would have no chance to actually finally speak with her. It's all so annoying. Now, if you were like the competent law offices here, fees are listed on the website so no needs to waste so much time looking for an answer. We will be using another office. I do not recomment this one at all. SMH.

My experience in 2021 with Ranbir Bains was terrible. She refused to witness our signatures on a document that we did not require legal advice on. Previous experience with Dean Simpson was very good and professional. They went out of their way to help. Emily helped with some estate questions and she was very generous and even gave gave a discount, which was much appreciated in #2020

I do not recommend this law firm. I was told it would cost me $300 to change the director for my company. After finishing the job they sent me an invoice for $972.00. No additional work was involved in this invoice. Highly not recommended.
